I recently visited for an Aquabrasion facial and wanted to share some honest feedback. While I had high hopes for the treatment, I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. The space itself didn’t quite meet the expectations I had for the price point-treatment rooms felt a little tight, and my session was frequently interrupted as the aesthetician stepped in and out to bring equipment, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere. Post-treatment, my skin felt flakier than before and unfortunately, I started to break out the following day. I also think a bit more communication would have improved the experience. I wasn’t informed about what steps were being taken during the facial—like extractions—so a quick heads-up would’ve made me feel more comfortable and prepared. Lastly, I felt the skincare sales were a touch on the pushy side. I do believe with a few adjustments, the experience could be much more enjoyable. Clearer communication during treatments and a more seamless setup in the rooms would go a long way.

Pure & simple is the only place I go for facials in the world! They are the absolute best! I only see Negar because she is without a doubt the best in the business! I have sent my sisters and friends to her too! She is truly an expert at what she does and I always look forward to catching up with her! The pure and simple products are also amazing and I use them at home all the time too!

I have sensitive, dehydrated acne prone skin and my skin has not been great. I booked a facial and Mitsumi attended to me! She was so careful and knowledgeable and the entire experience was very smooth and nice! I left having visibly less bumpy skin and she opted not to pop the deep red ones which was a good decision because after the facial, the purging eventually brought it out without any extractions. The whole facial was gentle and hydrating. I definitely left feeling much lighter and happier! Thank you Mitsumi ????????????

Got the facial while I was on vacation and it was such a treat! I was greeted with their tea of the day to warm me up from the chilly wind. Their staffs were welcoming and friendly. Most of all, Anna, the esthetician who performed my facial, was awesome. I just wanted a facial but didn't know which one would be good for me so she did a skin analysis and recommended a couple of options. I went with the glass skin facial with the aquabrasion add on. She reassured me that my skin won't be red after or the products used will be very gentle and she was right. I didn't feel a thing and fell asleep multiple times! I especially liked how she walked me through what she was doing and patiently answered all my questions. My skin felt so smooth and glowy after I was ready to continue my day after with no downtime. Will definitely visit again when I'm in Toronto!

This was my first facial and I’m definitely coming back! Anna did the super-hydrating facial with the aquabrasion add on. She was amazing! She guided me throughout the treatment which was relaxing, educational and fun!

Did the IPL facial, was a great experience! Person at the front who did the booking/check in was very friendly and Diana was very detailed/friendly as well! Highly recommend. They reduced my price as I didn’t require the full service, which was great to hear not every place would do that.
