I booked online which was easy. Staff greeted me and were friendly, nice calm atmosphere, they double checked that I liked the colour before continuing on to cure the shellac polish and asked if I wanted an extra coat for a less transparent look. They were gentle with removing skin around the nail bed and didn't take too much off like I've experienced in other salons.

Great job on her nails. They were right on time for the appointment. Place has been around for years, it can use a bit of sprucing up, but still way cleaner than most. Staff is great. Pricing is reasonable for adults but they need to reduce the price for 12 and under. At the end of the day my daughter left with a smile. He did a great job.

I am in love with my nails, she did such a beautiful job. She color matched the photo took a couple trys to get the color right but she did it all on her own without my voicing any complaints. I will be going back.

I had Justin for my biogel nails. He did a great job. I cant remember the name of the person who did my pedicure but she also did a great job. It was my first time here. I would highly recommend this place.

I have done the acrylic extensions like couple days ago for my birthday but i was not quite happy with the service. The design i ask for and the output i got was totally different. Even the acrylic was spread all over the cuticles and yes after a week it will lift up from there as it will grow and it looks so messy and she didn’t even cut the cuticles properly. I got them done by their top rated nail tech and i got this so i have no more expectations from others. I am really disappointed

Rainbowy Nails was lovely! The staff were courteous and friendly, and the atmosphere was calm. The place was clean and well organized. Kim did an amazing job on my mani/pedi! I did regular polish on toes and was pleasantly surprised that she used hot stones as well, which made me feel so pampered! I had shellac on my finger nails and the colour choices were abundant. The whole experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend this business for getting your nails done!

It really sucks when you find a new nail place and you go there three or four times and you like it and then one day you show up and the pedicure is great and then you sit down with that same person and he does two nails and then tells you one of the ladies will be taking over and then after some back and forth talk between a few of them they decide to move me to a different station for a different guy to finish my nails. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had to date. And I'm pretty laid back. I've had nails that I haven't been happy with but I don't sweat it because in 2 weeks I'll be back so not a huge deal. But one of the first things I said is I don't like a very thick gel layer. I prefer one layer but I know sometimes they have to do two thin ones. This time it was four thick coats to the point that my nails are all misshapen now. He pried off gel from the tip of three nails so those nails now have the worst shape ever. And are much shorter. I have some long nails and some short nails all on one hand. I think the worst part is while they were discussing what to do with me and who was going to do it out of three different people nobody told me what was going on or why it was going on and I even asked the guy doing my nails if he was in training because he had two people looking over his shoulder and he said no but clearly based on the work that was just done he's new. And the guy that did my pedicure who I was happy with never did another person so I don't know why he had to pass me off to someone else because he clearly was not busy with anyone else for the rest of my time there. Number one communicate with their customers and number two listen to their request. The pedicure was great. The nails are aweful this time.

I recently had a pedicure with Kim, and she was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with warmth and friendliness. Kim was more than happy to help me choose the perfect color, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. The environment is peaceful, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They offer a wide range of services to choose from. I highly recommend this place, especially if you get the chance to book with Kim!
