So. I posted a negative review an hour ago and within 5 minutes of me posting it the owner Kevin contacted me to discuss my concerns and he seemed very genuine with his replies and valued my feedback. Normally I'd leave my review up but this blew my mind. Thank you Kevin for making me feel heard and valued as a customer even though I had only been there once. That's what customer service truly is.
I'm here visiting from B.C and my mother in law heard about this from a coworker so we decided to try it out. I couldn't be happier that we did! I got a relaxation massage from Autumn who is a new employee and it was exactly what I needed. She gave the perfect pressure that I wanted and I'm feeling absolutely great today. A great little spot to go to. My mother in law got a great deep tissue massage from Kevin whom is the owner and she's also a happy lady today as she's been in much pain lately so it was a big improvement and she will definitely be back soon. Both very very professional in their service and also really friendly. Thank you again. I will see you on my next visit to Alberta.
*updated* After a disappointing first session with Shauna I tried Refine Wellness again with Kevin and had a very pleasant massage. He was very thorough and communicative. The blank certificate on the wall has a very moving story behind it. Would recommend booking with Kevin, he seems very knowledgeable with what he is doing and I left feeling great
