I cannot recommend Fozia enough! She is truly amazing at what she does. I recently got Botox and lip fillers done by her, and the results are beyond what I imagined. She made me feel so comfortable, took the time to explain everything, and really listened to what I wanted. My lips look beautifully natural and plump, and the Botox gave me a refreshed, smooth look without being overdone. Her attention to detail and gentle touch made the whole experience easy and pain-free. Fozia is kind, professional, and incredibly talented — I’ll definitely be back!

Fasia is a very kind and knowledgeable nurse who studies her craft abroad to bring the best product to delivery results to her clients. She is patient, kind, and explains what to expect. Having read other reviews that were a one star, I’d hazard to say she is being trolled because she is a skillful tech to be reckoned with. Thank you, Fasia for fixing a previous injectors oops, and offering new procedures not available at many clinics. Whether you’re in the market to try a skin and or body retreat to enhance your potential, or want to try out an injector who has a unique approach. I highly recommend.

Worst service I ever had for facial treatments. 1) My appointment was 1 pm, without asking they moved my appointment to 1:15pm, ok understood. 2) When I went there 1:17 pm, I was outside the salon and they called saying “please feel to have a coffee for you, as we are running 10mins late. I said ok.” Then I kept on waiting and they let me in at 2pm. Wowwww!!! 1 hour late… 3) When I entered, I told her that we are 1 hour late, she replied “I don’t have any holds on that”. I mean whattt?? What time of customer service is this? Then why you guys book appointments and if you are running 1 hour late you should inform prior. 4) I also informed her, I have my another salon appointment after this and if I will reach there late, I will be charged $50 for and that’s what happened. I paid $50 to another salon for late charged due to their mismanagement. Now who will compensate?? 5) As I entered, I asked her how much long is the treatment for she said 60-70 mins. And that’s what they said when I booked my appointment on phone. She started my facial at 2:05 pm and guess what, 2:45 pm my facial was done. So she din’t even complete or give enough time for the whole treatment. 6) And the worst part. In middle of my facial she asked me saying -just to inform you, if you would like to get mask and LED lights then its $24 additional. I have been doing hydra facial since many years. I know, this treatment have clay mask, and LED light treatment included in it. So meaning she charged me full and didn’t give full service and so the facial got completed 20mins before time. 7) She didn’t even did proper facial and clean up to remove whitehead and back heads. I absolutely see no difference in my skin. 8) Overall not happy with the service. No customer service, no ethics, definitely not at all good facial experience. Thank you for nothing.

The procedure was quick and comfortable, and I noticed a clear improvement in my jawline within weeks. I came here to see if they could help me with a concern i had. Fozia made promises, did two treatments with no success. The 3rd treatment was set up but done by someone i had never seen at their clinic. None of the treatments worked and Fozia promised to try something else and when I followed up, she blew me off. She even 'misplaced' my chart. I had not expected miracles to happen but for someone to treat me like this, after I spent hundreds of dollars here is truly despicable. After this, I was stupid enough to have myself and my daughters to try laser hair removal with no success!! We went for 10 sessions with nothing to show for it. She did comp us a few sessions after I complained but the treatments did not work (I have had laser on other parts of my body with much success). What was the icing on the cake, when we went in for our first free session, she told her technician to make sure the the temp was high enough so that it smelled like something was burning. Who does that! A lot of $ and time spent with zero results. Do not waste your time or money here...please!

I had an amazing experience at Retreat skin body clinic .I booked a HydraFacial and it exceeded all my expectations. Aria was my esthetician, and she was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to every detail. The environment was serene and impeccably maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy the treatment. My skin felt deeply cleansed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. The facial massage was the perfect finishing touch, leaving me completely refreshed. I highly recommend this spa and Aria in particular for anyone looking for top-quality skincare in a professional and relaxing setting. I will definitely be returning!

I initially chose this business because of the many positive reviews and an overall smooth consultation process (even though they were late to the consultation). Unfortunately, my experience quickly took a turn for the worse due to their unprofessional and dismissive customer service. I reached out with reasonable inquiries regarding the treatment plan, scheduling, and payment options, as this information wasn’t readily available online. Rather than appreciating a potential customer doing their due diligence, they abruptly decided to terminate our relationship. One of the main reasons I chose this business was their advertised Boxing Day and Black Friday deals. I was assured I’d receive the discount as long as payment was made before the New Year. However, on the morning of December 31st, I was informed that I could no longer make the purchase—simply because I had asked for clarification and a summary of the terms before committing to a credit card payment over the phone. I believe I was asking the right questions, and this clearly scared them. The fact that they chose not to continue doing business with me after my inquiries feels suspicious. For example, had I proceeded without full clarity, there could have been a risk of overpayment or other issues. I also noticed another review mentioning they were overcharged, and the team was not receptive when this was questioned. In hindsight, I’m relieved this didn’t go through, as I may have been caught in something I didn’t agree to. It is entirely reasonable to ask for reassurance when making a significant payment upfront. Unfortunately, their lack of professionalism and transparency left me without a backup plan, unable to take advantage of other deals before the New Year. Now I’m back to square one, facing full prices. This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing. If you value professionalism, transparency, and reliability, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Got Botox and a facial from Fozia! I was nervous about getting rid of my lines by the thought of not looking natural but I was wrong. She made the lines go away without making me look like plastic! Highly recommend
