Amazing experience! Will definitely be there again. Went there as a couple for my wife’s birthday and received a really nice service. The room is not big but provides with shower and everything needed. Good lighting and musical atmosphere. Makiko and Zachary did an amazing job. Very good customer service. Super positive and welcoming people. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. My wife received a cute birthday cake as a present after the SPA. Really nice surprise from the team. Today I had the glow on the go package done by Adrienne and all 3 services included were amazing!! I felt serene and relaxed the entire time and afterward Adrienne took notice of my birthday coming up in a few days so she had a beautiful dessert ready for me to enjoy afterwards. I would 1000% recommend visiting the Retreat if you’re looking for a perfect spa day ????

Booked a refresh & recharge combo to celebrate my bestie's birthday and mine. However, due to scheduling conflicts I had to reschedule a couple of times. They were so nice and accommodating! The service was amazing, the 2 Aestheticians, Gabby and Maria were great! Aside from the face and body treatments, we had a really fun time, Maria making us laugh so much! My friend I came out with glowing, soft skin. The body massage was so relaxing. At the end they provided us some chocolate cake & tea wishing us happy birthday! We enjoyed ourselves so much we booked another session in the next month!!

Had an exceptional experience here yesterday for my birthday! I normally don’t leave reviews, but felt it was extremely needed. The staff was very friendly and professional, and made me feel extremely special on my birthday. I came with my boyfriend, and both relaxation massages done by Makiko and Sunny were the best we’ve ever had, even after attending many RMT sessions elsewhere. We intend on making a return visit as soon as possible!

Banny is very skilled and very nice. She doesn’t rush and takes her time. I had a manicure and a pedicure at the spa. What a nice surprise when she gave me all the tools she had used on my nails! I will certainly return when I am in town.

I didn’t just like it, I loved it! The entire experience was incredible from start to finish. The atmosphere was calming and inviting, with every detail carefully thought out to enhance relaxation. The massage with Makiko itself was deeply therapeutic and wonderfully soothing. It felt like every bit of tension melted away, and I left feeling completely renewed. The skill and professionalism here are truly top-notch. This is hands down one of the best massage services I’ve ever experienced, and I can’t wait to return!

The customer service via email, phone, and in-person was top notch. I came in for an RMT massage with Cedar and I would highly recommend him. I have chronic pain and he was very accommodating. I felt comfortable and relaxed. This spa isn't typical in terms of robes offered at the start, lockers and a quiet relaxation lounge, but they do offer tea and an arrangement of snacks as well as a nice place to wait (although noisy at times). I'd recommend trying out this spa and I look forward to coming back. I've attached a picture of the cutest cupcakes ever that were offered for my friend's birthday. We were spoiled!
