"Amazing experience! Will definitely be there again. Went there as a couple for my wife’s birthday and received a really nice service. The room is not big but provides with shower and everything needed. Good lighting and musical atmosphere. Makiko and Zachary did an amazing job. Very good customer service. Super positive and welcoming people. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. My wife received a cute birthday cake as a present after the SPA. Really nice surprise from the team. "Today I had the glow on the go package done by Adrienne and all 3 services included were amazing!! I felt serene and relaxed the entire time and afterward Adrienne took notice of my birthday coming up in a few days so she had a beautiful dessert ready for me to enjoy afterwards. "Booked a refresh & recharge combo to celebrate my bestie's birthday and mine. However, due to scheduling conflicts I had to reschedule a couple of times. They were so nice and accommodating! The service was amazing, the 2 Aestheticians, Gabby and Maria were great! Aside from the face and body treatments, we had a really fun time, Maria making us laugh so much! My friend I came out with glowing, soft skin. The body massage was so relaxing. At the end they provided us some chocolate cake & tea wishing us happy birthday! We enjoyed ourselves so much we booked another session in the next month!!"

"The customer service via email, phone, and in-person was top notch. I came in for an RMT massage with Cedar and I would highly recommend him. I have chronic pain and he was very accommodating. I felt comfortable and relaxed. This spa isn't typical in terms of robes offered at the start, lockers and a quiet relaxation lounge, but they do offer tea and an arrangement of snacks as well as a nice place to wait (although noisy at times). I'd recommend trying out this spa and I look forward to coming back. I've attached a picture of the cutest cupcakes ever that were offered for my friend's birthday. We were spoiled!"

"Although a bit hidden, when I found this spot I instantly discovered different approaches to wellness for my body. Kai is so knowledgeable and helpful for whatever body treatment you need. I go to her regularly for massages and help with injuries since I'm a dancer. I would highly recommend this place and Kai's practice - she is so caring and helpful always."

"Warm and inviting ppl. Had a 60min Swedish massage with Lucy, and although they don't have RMTs, Lucy is very thorough, and IF you need she can be really strong at kneading muscles. She was very open to paying attention to other part such as my neck when I asked and was accommodating to when I needed pressure changed. Lucy is definitely recommended, her English is great and she can conversate on almost any topic if you want a chat, otherwise she can let you relax and enjoy the session. As for the venue, they even have a shower with amenities so if you want you can take a shower. It's a very clean, standing-shower with a toilet and all sorts of lotions and shampoos. The lounge there is water, a TV. Overall, pretty nice place and nice folks."
