P.S: Shely Bilson couldn’t have said it any better. Her review was right on point because I had same experience with my under chin laser hair removal. First the lady who attended to me talks wayyyyyyyyyy tooooooo muchhhhhhhh. Secondly for a first time client, there should be things you should do to have them come back. To remove hair a little inch into my neck , I was asked to pay more because I choose the under chin service. I have been doing laser hair removal for years in Toronto but since moving to London and having Revive as my first experience, I was disappointed. After service, I still had hair under my chin all thanks to their type of machine which I don’t like. After a hair removal, the location should feel smooth and hairless. Taken me more than a year to finally drop my review. That’s because I’m quite surprised with the number of 5star I see .. like can people be honest for once? Bottom line, I was disappointed and never went back.

I’ve been going to Revive for laser hair removal for the last 7 months and it’s been a positive experience all around. I’ve had bad experiences with trying to get laser hair removal as a dark skinned woman in the past, but my interactions with Revive have been the complete opposite. They explain how the treatment works before your first session and provide friendly, fast, and efficient service there on out.
