Kim did an amazing job with my Reflexology appointment today. The overall environment was very comfortable . The place smells so good and I just loved the door there ???? I was on pillow walk after my foot massage by Kim . The place is very neat and clean and massage rooms are very spacious . Thr bed was also warm and relaxing. Would definitely book my next appointment soon.

I absolutely loved my prenatal massage! I would highly recommend Revive. I was made to feel very comfortable even when I was 34 weeks pregnant. Their pregnancy pillow was already set up and nice and warm. From the moment you enter their Galt location you are invited to leave all your stress at the door by the subtle scent and ambience surrounding you. Booking online was very easy and I loved pre-filling all the medical information prior to arriving so that once you arrive everything is already in order. They also offer direct billing to private insurance companies which is wonderful. I can't wait for my next appointment.

I've had around 50 massages here, and for a mainstream massage place, most have been quite decent. I don’t like leaving reviews like this, especially when naming someone, but I also believe paying customers deserve a quality experience. Unfortunately, today’s session with Xiaozhang (Leah) Lai was the first time I’ve ever walked out of a massage. She applied minimal effort, essentially just rubbing without any real technique or pressure. When I politely asked for more pressure, she said she couldn’t provide any. If there’s a genuine reason for her limitation, I completely understand. However, clients should be made aware that she only offers Swedish-style massages with very light pressure. Given that I’ve had therapists half her size apply significantly more pressure, I can’t help but wonder if it was a lack of ability or simply a lack of effort.
