My Body has been stuck in Fight or Flight for many years and as a result my body rejects treatments (massage, IMS, Acupuncture, osteopathy,) and often leaves me worse off for several days after. The receptionist and therapists were professional and very friendly and the place was very clean. The shockwave therapy was amazing! It may sound crazy, but my whole body felt better after Talia, the therapist, worked only on my right side, mostly under my arm. I highly recommend Talia and Rippling Waters!

I’ve been seeing Janice since she was referred to me by my podiatrist for radial shockwave therapy. First and foremost, RST is not pleasant given that you’re already dealing with a painful injury, however Janice is very gentle and communicates with you through every step. The process isn’t overnight, but it works. The first session is the worst, but it does get better and you definitely will see improvement. I strongly recommend Janice if you’re contemplating this therapy.

Janice was very good at what she does and professional. I went for massage and shock therapy treatment for plantar fasciitis and I felt so much better after my appointment. Janice was considerate and made sure I was comfortable during the massage session.

The clinic is warm and inviting. My RMT Janice was very professional and great with her communication which was comforting. The room is well-appointed and the clinic well-equipped for a truly therapeutic massage with just the right amount of relaxation. Looking forward to going back!

Janice Young was very patient with me and explained the Radial Shockwave Therapy treatment and how it will feel. I was very nervous because I was worried about the pain levels. She was kind, patient, and listened, which was so important. So, instead of being nervous for my next appointment, I am ready! Not nervous.

My experience so far has been outstanding. Janice has been wonderful. She is thoughtful and genuine. She listens carefully to what I inform her that I am struggling with and targets my problem areas well. My pain has diminished considerably and each day is getting better. She also has a sense of humour that makes for fun comfortable atmosphere.

Can't rave enough about the shock therapy with Janice at this clinic. I havent had no pain in my ankle since I can remember and now im walking pain free. The receptionists and ladies there are always so pleasant and nice. Thanks again Janice and Christina! ????
