Wow. Amazing experience. My massage was 10/10. Melissa was the one who did my massage. She is so kind and very good at what she does. I will definitely be coming back to rise up massage and wellness. They have the cutest snack set up for their clients with drinks. Wow so sweet. And the building is beautiful and so relaxing! 10/10 totally coming back!

Absolutely five stars for RiseUp Massage & Wellness! My wife found the studio on Facebook very highly recommended so I decided to give it a go. Ntando was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. Beauty is simply the best masseuse in Canada. Hands down the best massage experience I’ve had so far. The atmosphere was peaceful and the space clean. I felt calm and relaxed throughout the process and she kept asking about the pressure to be sure I was comfortable. I’m pregnant and the provisions made for my tummy also made my experience more comfortable. 10/10 for me ????????

Ok seriously, I have had 100’s of massages in my life and Samuel from Rise Up is the most fantastic massage I have ever ever had! He incorporates stretching, is so respectful and is basically magic. I would give 10 stars if I could. Everyone I’ve seen here is also fantastic.
