I had a really great day here today !! The staff is friendly and accommodating, the sauna is amazing, the cold plunge is intense, and the relaxation room is so neat. I followed the full circuit up with a 90 minute Swedish massage with Tina and it was FANTASTIC. It was luxurious, and a wonderful way to spend my birthday ????

Very nice sauna and a very-cold cold plunge. Great charcuterie board. The salt room is beautiful. There aren't enough spas in Edmonton doing hot and cold circuits. We'll be back!

First time in the Nordic circuit. Was absolutely amazing especially with the charcuterie. Had a facial afterwards and Joelene was exceptional. She was gentle and firm and explained everything as it happened. Would highly recommend Sole Nordic Wellness Spa and can’t wait to try the other treatments that are offered

We had a very disappointing experience. My fiancé and I had a couples Vaalia appointment booked for 3:15 PM. When we arrived, the receptionist told us that we had no appointment and claimed that I had cancelled it 20 minutes earlier for 3:30 PM, which was not even our scheduled time. She insisted that someone spoke to her to cancel, with the same name as me but the number used was not mine. It’s extremely concerning that they cancelled our appointment without verifying the identity of the caller. We drove an hour and a half to get there, only to be turned away with no solution offered just a vague “sorry, I don’t know what happened.” It was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of our time. Overall, a very poor experience.

Tina is a wonderful massage therapist who truly listens to your body's needs, she provided the perfect blend of pressure and technique to alleviate tension and leave you feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated; I left feeling much better and will definitely be back. So thankful to have found you. 5 stars ++++

Had a fabulous massage here that worked out the tension I've been holding onto for weeks! Already booked to return and I'm going to try the nordic circuit as soon as I can! Friendly staff and relaxing environment.

We did the nordic circuit and I've got to say it was an incredible experience. So very relaxing and left me feeling cleansed and tingly. Don't know if I want a nap now or to leap tall buildings. Maybe both. ???? Highly recommend; will be back!
