Booked a last minute massage and facial and was very pleased with the service I received. The massage is a combination of stretching, pressure point and muscle relaxing. She was able to relax my sore upper back muscles. After my service, I had the ginger tea. Very delicious.

Love this place. Always a good deal to find. They are very professional and do a wonderful job. Kumiko is fantastic! I’m fussy about massage and she does an all round wonderful job. Highly recommend!

Nam was very good taking the kinks away when I upgraded to a Deep Tissue massage. The 90 minute treatment was perfect. Clean establishment and parking was not an issue. If there was a downside it would be that the washroom was located next to the staff room and so the lingering smell of food was apparent. Not what you would like a spa to smell like.

I had my first ever Thai massage and it was exactly what I needed. The massage was phenomenal and my massage therapist, Kumiko, was so lovely (not to mention she has magic hands!!). The staff at reception was helpful, efficient and friendly. If you haven’t tried Thai massage yet, you should!!

I’ve been here a handful of times and will be back again and again! It’s always so relaxing and a treat for my bod. And I appreciate how all the staff is very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

I took my husband for a massage at the North Vancouver branch for his birthday and whilst my masseuse was fantastic and I had a great experience, my husband unfortunately didn’t have the same experience as me. His masseuse kept falling asleep on him and jolting back awake to continue the massage. He said, the first half of the massage was great but then the pressure slowly got lighter and eventually the massage stopped altogether for a several moments and then she would abruptly wake up again to continue the massage. My husband was not able to relax through the massage as this happened 8 times at least! It was such a disappointing experience especially having paid so much money to relax but instead felt the opposite after the massage. We’ve provided direct feedback to them and we hope that this wouldn’t happen to anyone else.

My friend had bought me a gift certificate- they had called earlier and asked if I could come in a bit later- excited to relax I agreed. upon arriving i was being absolutely grilled for how i got my gift certificate for 10 minutes and then telling me they cannot find it in the system at all. front desk girl was rude and super unprofessional- should probably be trained a bit more. Do you realize how stressful that is for someone who is coming in for a "relaxing experience" then she proceeds to tell me ill need to pay for it if she cant figure out how to do her job. it was a super negative feeling. the massage and facial Tina gave was great but unfortunately I could hear the front desk talking the entire time and the toilets flushing loud non stop. Due to these reasons I will not be coming back. Tina u were great though ????
