i came in as i was recently diagnosed with tmj, so to curve the condition i had botox done on my masseter and this was handsdown the most incredible experience ive ever had! from the moment you enter youre greeted as if everyone has known you for years! marcia goes above and beyond to ensure all your needs arent just met but explained thoroughly. the nurses are extremely skilled and patient to make sure all your questions are answered and only give the best advice — make sure you ask for Elizabeth! hands down the best!! i strongly recommend everyone to come to skinvitality!

I had an amazing experience at Skin Vitality in the Richmond Hill location. My consultation with Sana was exceptional—she was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to understand my areas of concern. She’s also very friendly and sweet, which made the experience even better. My nurse, Diana, was equally knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable throughout the procedure. Since it was my first time, I was a bit nervous, but she kindly offered me a stress ball, which really helped put me at ease. Overall, I felt very well taken care of, and I would highly recommend Skin Vitality Richmond Hill to anyone considering Botox. The entire team was warm, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish.

I have been a customer of this place for many years. Every time then and now , when I need beauty treatments, I come here. Every time I scheduled a consultation or a specific beauty treatment, I always had to wait for my appointment between 30 to 50 minutes, even though I had booked a week in advance, sometimes even much longer in advance. I don't understand and will never understand why their time is more important than their customers' time. I am really angry; this was the last straw. The moment I arrived, I announced that I couldn't wait more than 5 minutes. In the end, I waited 12 minutes, and I was still far from being seen for the appointment I had scheduled in advance. It's unacceptable that I, the customer, arrive on time and still have to sit and waste my precious time. I have already paid for certain treatments. I will finish these treatments, and I will not return to this place anymore because my time is simply too valuable. The lack of care and disrespect for the customer in this place is just exceptional. I haven't seen such audacity anywhere else

Amazing place! The team is incredibly kind and welcoming. I had my masseter Botox done by Elizabeth, and she was so gentle, which was a huge plus for me because I’m not a fan of needles. I can confidently say I barely felt a thing! Highly recommend!
