Went there a couple days ago,saw sasa..was the worst experience iv ever had,her photo is not the same as in person,its a fake photo!her experience is none at all,all i got was a chunky person trying to do a body rub..skin everywere...no massage,bad fs..never again! Be aware of her fake photos!!!

Sorry had to remove my other reviews to write a new one . Today I visited Sole for the 4th time . It seems it gets better and better each time I go there . The owner/ manager is very friendly and welcomes you with smiles . I have the pleasure of having Bobo for my massage today ( seems like I got real lucky getting her ) So friendly and her massage was outstanding . Warm and extremely open was so good to be able to chat with her during the session . She is amazing --- sadly she only works 1 day a week . next time I will make sure she is on before going there as she was the best I have had there -- I would have given the reviews more stars but only 5 is allowed ---- she is at least a 10 star young lady

Walked in for a 45 minute foot reflexology session. Front door was opened, lights were off, and no air conditioning - maybe a power outage? Foot “reflexology” was the worse I’ve ever had. The employee did not know what she was doing. She kept digging her nails into my lower legs. When I asked her to focus on the bottoms of my feet, she said she was doing the best she could because her fingers are thin. 15 minutes in, I was mentally debating to get up and leave. I should’ve left.

I had a 50min body massage which was nothing but terrible. She has long finger nails that would dig into my skin as she massaged which was just so painful and gross. I felt like being scratched by a cat the whole time. Also, their receptionist was rude and had no communication skill in English. Demanded a tip. It’s a shame I even went there.

I've gone here a couple time and both time have been happy and relaxed. Their prices are great too! I've had the foot/body massage and have bought GC to give out as well. I recommend!

Both my wife and I went here. My massage was ok her reflexology was a 75 min leg beating in which they never touched her feet. And yes as the previous reviewer mentioned they demanded a tip and you will be disappointed. Go next door and buy dog shampoo instead (even if you don't have a dog)!

I do enjoy the Sole Spa! Been going for a few years (Cambie location), and typically with a friend, significant other or family member. Great accommodations, and pleasant environment and service. Price is very reasonable.
