"Went there a couple days ago,saw sasa..was the worst experience iv ever had,her photo is not the same as in person,its a fake photo!her experience is none at all,all i got was a chunky person trying to do a body rub..skin everywere...no massage,bad fs..never again! Be aware of her fake photos!!!"

"Sorry had to remove my other reviews to write a new one . Today I visited Sole for the 4th time . It seems it gets better and better each time I go there . The owner/ manager is very friendly and welcomes you with smiles . I have the pleasure of having Bobo for my massage today ( seems like I got real lucky getting her ) So friendly and her massage was outstanding . Warm and extremely open was so good to be able to chat with her during the session . She is amazing --- sadly she only works 1 day a week . next time I will make sure she is on before going there as she was the best I have had there -- I would have given the reviews more stars but only 5 is allowed ---- she is at least a 10 star young lady"

"Walked in for a 45 minute foot reflexology session. Front door was opened, lights were off, and no air conditioning - maybe a power outage? Foot “reflexology” was the worse I’ve ever had. The employee did not know what she was doing. She kept digging her nails into my lower legs. When I asked her to focus on the bottoms of my feet, she said she was doing the best she could because her fingers are thin. 15 minutes in, I was mentally debating to get up and leave. I should’ve left."

"I had a 50min body massage which was nothing but terrible. She has long finger nails that would dig into my skin as she massaged which was just so painful and gross. I felt like being scratched by a cat the whole time. Also, their receptionist was rude and had no communication skill in English. Demanded a tip. It’s a shame I even went there."

"Both my wife and I went here. My massage was ok her reflexology was a 75 min leg beating in which they never touched her feet. And yes as the previous reviewer mentioned they demanded a tip and you will be disappointed. Go next door and buy dog shampoo instead (even if you don't have a dog)!"

"Had a great bio sculpt manicure with Ashley, it's been hard for me to find a good nail place in town for the bio gel that lasts, I think this set will! Very clean spa and their nail lamps are LED not UV which makes me feel better."

The type of cleanliness and sanitation you want with pedicures 100%. Came here after a horrid pedicure experience in Sudbury at a nail salon. "Not satisfied with this spa. When I called to book an appointment I asked for a polish refresher/mini manicure with shellac( just shaping and polish) Which shows $25 on the price list. When I sat down for my appointment I reminded the spa tech that it was just a polish refresher. She was ready to do a full hour manicure so she then went and talked to the receptionist. The spa tech was very friendly however the application of the shellac polish wasn’t great. After 2 coats of colour it was still streaky and she didn’t go even close to the cuticle so it looks like my nails have grown out all ready and I just had it done this afternoon. They charged me $45 plus tax for a quick file and shellac polish application. 30 min. A full hour shellac manicure is $55. I do not feel the service matched the price."

"I showed up for my pedicure appointment with Gel Polish on my toes and I hadn't said anything when I made the appointment (my fault that's fine) but I made sure to get there 15 mins early...but I waited for 20/25 mins after my appointment only to be told time would be shaved off my appointment? After I had to wait 20/25 mins for the nail tech to come find me in the waiting room. She basically painted my toes for $60-$70. Probably the most sub par at best pedicure I've ever had."

"I have been a Softub owner for over 25 years. I am now on my 3rd Softub and I could not be more pleased. Although, there are many imitation products on the market today, none of them can match the functionality, performance, and quality of a genuine Softub product. As with all hot tubs in general, they will require repairs over time. But rest assured that Softub stands by their products. Anytime there is a problem you will always receive professional and reasonable support. We went in for the 300 and left with the Portico of our own decision...Wayne didn't push anything :-) The therapeutic station on the portico is incredible and does wonders for my back. She was able to determine from the photos the approximate damage. They were able to repair it so quickly, and for a much more reasonable cost than I had anticipated.
