The staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to ALL THINGS health. The services offered too— I couldn't believe it! Like a Swiss army knife for health. They had everything you needed to leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere is clean, calming, and beautifully designed to promote healing and well-being. Great first time experience at Sona with the sauna and cold plunge. I went in feeling sluggish and I left feeling light and energized. The atmosphere was very calm and welcoming and all areas were spotless. I will definitely be back for more!
