As someone with years of experience receiving massages, I can confidently say that Spa Énergie-forme in Gatineau delivered one of the most exceptional sessions I’ve ever had. I booked a sport deep tissue massage, and it was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The pressure and technique were incredibly deep, precise, and effective, truly reaching areas that other massages often miss. It was intense in the best way and left me feeling completely renewed. The atmosphere and decor of the spa were also outstanding calm, modern, and perfectly curated to promote relaxation. You can tell real care went into creating a serene and welcoming environment. I work a super physical job and always have neck and back pain. After a friend suggested it, I got a massage here from Violetta. It did the trick, my back feels rejuvenated. It's a relieve to get my mobility back. The service was awsome. She was attentive and gentle the whole time. She made sure I was comfortable and asked about where all the stress points were. I felt I was very well taken care of and It was money well spend. I would highly recommend getting this therapist.

I loved my experience at this spa! The place was clean, the music was relaxing, and the staff was kind and helpful. Marianna was able to release huge knots that had been building up for far too long..... I've never felt so great after a massage :) Thanks again Marianna!!

I had the message and facial combo but they forgot to take the 10% off. Also the facial was 135.00 which I found outrageous for what I got. The total time she spent with me was less than 1/2 hour. All that was done was a cleaning, removel of 10 blackheads, some mist and another cream. She left me alone for a good 15 min. She did do a hand message which was nice. The people are very nice and wonderful but for the price the services were not satisfactory.
