One of the best spas I’ve been to in Toronto. The facility is stunning and the services are even better. Marie did my facial, and she truly made it an unforgettable experience. Giving this 4 stars because it would be nice to have a bigger lounge area to relax, have tea and snacks instead of it being located in the gym. The locker room was also super hot making it hard to get ready once you were done. With that being said, I would definitely return because my facial and massage was outstanding.

I was really disappointed after coming here for my birthday. I have been to other spas in the GTA like the Ritz and they always have done something special for me on my birthday like a glass of champagne. I felt like the lady at the front desk was not that professional, and felt like our massage therapy was not worth the price. The lady who did my massage talked a lot, so it wasn’t that relaxing. The massage itself was in a hotel room and when the massage was done both of the ladies stayed in the room while me and my partner were getting changed, we had no idea they were still in the room they did not tell us, it would have been nice to have some privacy to get changed or at least let us know! The amenities were great just not a good experience with the massage therapy and I felt like for the price it didn’t feel that luxurious.

Wonderful experience here! Had one of the best massages of my life followed by a few hours of relaxing in their pool, steam room and gym. Coffee was nice and the change rooms were clean and stylish. Overall the spa is quite small but it was still spacious.

Perfection at the front desk with warm welcome and extended kindness from all staff. I opted for a 90 min Valmont facial a pure artistry, by Marie. I will be back.

A very nice spa with salt water pool to relax and a private gym to workout. Body massage was good but not the best. I like how quiet it was and feels like the whole place was exclusively for us.

Ahhhmazing! This is my second visit but it had been a while since my first. I had a 90-min massage with Teale and she was a great RMT. I prefer deep-tissue/sports massages and she applied the right amount of pressure but yet, it was still relaxing! I followed it up with a pedicure, which was really good. It's pricier than most places but understandably it is a high-end spa. The facilities are well-maintained and very clean. The spa staff are some of the friendliest I've ever had and I've been to quite a few places. In reading the other reviews posted it looks like I need to book another trip for a facial!!

What an amazing day at this spa! I must have been to every spa in Toronto, and the Hazelton by far is the best. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by every staff member. It was a very intimate experience; the spa itself if very clean, the pool and steam room are lovely! The message I received was AMAZING. Upon leaving, I was given this lovely sample box to take home. My fiancé and I enjoyed our day here, and are planning to come back in 2 months! Thank you Hazelton- you have two loyal customers!!!

Compared to other high end spas in the city this one just doesn’t stack up. There is virtually no lounge, just 4 chairs that are right off the entrance elevator making it awkward to lounge. And also no food or beverage offering except for a sad boardroom carafe of hot water. Whereas at the shangrila or st Regis there are beautiful lounges and post treatment bites, infused water, and teas. My RMT also had sharp nails so I had to put up with that the whole treatment on top of him consistently putting cold cream on me without heating it up in his hands. He also treated my right hand and not my left and my left back thigh and not my right. The two areas I asked him to focus on he literally did not touch. The only saving grace is the pool, it’s very pretty and well kept and doesn’t have children running around it. Overall you are better off at one of the other hotel spas.
