I have never been for a massage before but after experiencing so much pain I started to look for a well reviewed clinic. Reception was very helpful and highly recommend a massage student who is working at a reduced rate. This combined with their first visit discount made it an affordable option for my first try. I was apprehensive to see a student but was blown away by Kaitlyn’s knowledge and care. I left with more understanding about my body, and the next day I woke up pain free!!! I’ve been going to Chiro and haven’t had any relief. My upper body pain and headaches have significantly reduced and I look forward to going back again. Very grateful for Kaitlyn! Highly recommend
It was my first time here with Michelle. Normally I like relaxing fall asleep massages but I’ve been working out pretty hard and my whole body was pretty tender. BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE!! The cupping was amazing too! Highly highly recommend her!!
Grace is absolutely phenomenal. It took me awhile to find another good deep tissue massage therapist after the one I was seeing left. She knows exactly how to address my problems and I feel so much better after a session with her. There is never pressure to rebook every week and the conversation we are able to have over the session is great. I would highly recommend Grace and the team at St Albert Massage Therapy.
Have been seeing Jolene for about 18 months and she is excellent! I typically get a 60 minute massage with cupping, and I always leave feeling relieved from my neck, shoulders and back tension. Love that you can book online, and their new clinic in The C’s of St Albert is huge, and beautiful!!
Have been seeing Grace for a while and has been excellent. Great deep tissue massage and with regular visits has greatly helped my mobility , reduced stiffness and posture improvements. Highly recommended.
Good afternoon Had an amazing experience with Craig Malone Have been a patient of his for the past 1.5 years Was scheduled for rotor cuff surgery Due to Covid this was obviously bumped I was referred to Craig and that he would be able to address my issue 100 percent better and avoided surgery overall due to his attention and expertise to the shoulder along with a detailed exercise plan Thank you Craig ???????? Recently I visited because of a Siatic issue One session already and 70 % feel better Amazing ???????????????? Thank you again
This was my first visit for cupping/massage and am very pleased with the service. Michelle was very thorough and helped me with my concerns.
I had a massage therapy here over the holidays, only my second time ever getting professional massage. Thankfully, there was a first time or my experience would have put me off massage all together. When I booked my session, I opted for the first available therapist. Turns out the available therapist was a male one. While not my first choice, no offense to male massage therapists, I thought it shouldn't make any difference, professionals are professionals whatever their gender. I was wrong! He asked me to undress to my level of comfort, which I did leaving my boxers on. He then said he'll be using oil and that he might get some on my boxers. I said it was ok. He then asked if I wanted him to focus on anything particularly, which told me he probably didn't read the long ass form they make you fill. I told him, maybe the back. This man then proceeded to spend the entire 45 minutes session on my back. Considering I booked a relaxation massage, I expected a full body massage. No problem. The part I'm uncomfortable with was that he kept pulling my shorts down ever slightly, which made me uncomfortable. I was already undressed to my level of comfort, which apparently didn't matter. To make matters worse, he kept digging his elbows into my back line he was trying to win a prize, at which point the massage turned from uncomfortable and unrelaxing to genuinely painful. At the end, I was thrilled I didn't book a 60 or 90 minute massage. To his credit, after what like forever, he asked if I wanted more pressure at which time I told him I wanted the opposite. The pressure didn't change much. In contrast, I went back to my first therapist a week later, at a different clinic, and the massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep at some point. I apologized for falling asleep to which the therapist responded today it was a compliment. I know where I'm going from now on.
