From the moment I booked my appointment with Carlie via email, I could tell this team genuinely cares about their guests. Her warmth and hospitality came through even in our online exchanges, and meeting her in person only reaffirmed that feeling. Sarah is not only highly educated and experienced, but also incredibly passionate about what she does. From our very first conversation, it was clear that her primary goal is to educate and empower others with her wealth of skincare knowledge. While Stillwater embraces a “speak when spoken to” approach to ensure guests can fully unwind, I found Sarah's company so enjoyable that we ended up chatting the entire time—which felt refreshing and effortless. At the end of the appointment she was concerned I hadn’t fully relaxed, but I when I went home I fell into an hour-long nap—something I haven't done in years. I’m so grateful to have found Stillwater and am excited to continue visiting them regularly.

I had such a wonderful experience at Stillwater Skin for my first facial! From the moment I walked in, the space felt so clean, welcoming, and calming. Sophie took care of me, and she was absolutely amazing—so kind, so knowledgeable, and attentive. She tailored everything to my skin’s needs. I left feeling refreshed and glowing! I absolutely love it there! All the staff are so amazing, they make you feel so comfortable and like family. It’s such a calm, relaxing, yet fun place to be. Veronica is amazing at what she does. I’ve gotten a lot of services from her including a facial, which was so amazing, as well as laser hair removal, which has been life-changing highly recommend! They have a way of making you just feel comfortable and at ease with treatments that aren’t so pleasant and know how to calm your nervous system and take care of your skin deep down to the root. Very knowledgeable and just a beautiful place to be.

Please don’t become a victim like me. I’m sharing my experience so others can avoid the same mistake. It has been six years since I started getting Botox treatments — always with care, and in another clinic, in a different province. I never had any fine lines or wrinkles before visiting this particular clinic. But everything changed after just one appointment. I went to a clinic where a woman named Dr. Tietze treated me — though I honestly doubt if she’s a real doctor. She charged me $520 for Botox, and just one week after the injections, I developed two deep frown lines on my forehead! One of my eyebrows is now noticeably higher than the other, and the bunny lines I specifically wanted treated were completely ignored — absolutely no improvement. It’s clear to me this clinic only cares about money. No one followed up about my results, and when I returned to express my concerns, they told me “it is what it is.” The injector didn’t use a lead cap on the syringe and brought it in from another room — completely unprofessional and unsafe behavior. The waiting room might look beautiful, but don’t be fooled. The results were not only disappointing — they’ve been getting worse every day, even after more than 3 weeks since the injections. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with any cosmetic clinic in my life. Please, do not trust this place. Protect your health, your face, and your money. I have photos documenting everything, and I’m more than willing to share them to warn others.

It is always so special going to Stillwater. I always work with Veronica. She always makes me feel very comfortable. She is so knowledgeable in choosing the service and products that are right for me and my skin goals. I typically go for the vitamin infusion facial to give my skin a hydration boost to minimize fine lines coming in. It is so relaxing and makes my skin feel/look so nice!

I just spent 4 hours here with Breah getting pampered head to toe, and the entire experience was amazing.
