I have been a client of Studio Vis A Vis for 12 years and it is excellent. The staff have the rare combination of being professional, knowledgable, welcoming, warm and kind. I feel confident and comfortable in their hands. The skin care products are of the highest quality and the staff may make a recommendation, but there is never a hard sell. The studio is always fastidiously clean.

I had an amazing experience at Studio Vis à Vis! It had been about six months since my last facial at another spa, and I’m so glad I came here instead. Ines gave me the most incredible facial—my skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and absolutely glowing. She was so knowledgeable and attentive, making the experience both relaxing and effective. Before my visit, Ragini was incredibly accommodating and kind over the phone, and that warmth continued when I arrived at the studio. The space itself is beautiful and inviting, which made the whole experience even better. I was so impressed that I booked my next appointment right away for a HydraFacial—can’t wait to be back! I was very impressed with their service during Covid - they went out of their way to make sure we got any of our products delivered right to our door - with a smile! I always feel, when I visit, that they personally care about ME, that they sincerely enjoy what they do and I have complete trust in their abilities to take care of any cosmetic needs that arise. Staff are always professional and get to know you on a personal level - they are totally unpretentious. And the ambiance is calming yet cozy. Hands down, they give the best facials in the city!
