I took The 10 week Mindfulness Transformation with Erin. From the second that I read the description about the course, I KNEW I needed to take it. I’ve been told that there is a lot of evidence that shows that mindfulness is an effective coping strategy, and to be honest, this course far exceeded my expectations. I like that there is a combination of learning the different techniques, and also getting to practice them. I’ve been able to heal a lot of wounds through this course, and I feel like a very different person because of it. I feel happier and healthier, and I have been able to take what I have learned and apply it to everyday situations. On top of that, Erin is a FANTASTIC human being. She is very kind and sweet, and clearly highly educated. She teaches mindfulness in a way that is easy to understand and in a way that sticks with you. The handouts are great to look back on and remind you of everything that you’ve learned. I like that every class starts off with touching base with how everyone is doing and you can tell that Erin sincerely cares about everyone’s progress and well being. She has been incredibly accommodating to make sure that I was able to access the course. Overall, I am so very happy with the results from taking the full course. Highly recommend, especially if you are going through personal challenges.
