I was in Halifax recently visiting a friend and decided to book a massage on a whim while I was there. Total Kneads had availability, it was within walking distance to where I was staying and it was an awesome massage. I loved the artwork displayed too! There are cute shops and cafés close by too.

I've been seeing Sophie Arsenault, the Osteopath, for almost 3 years. After injuring my back while nursing over 10 years ago, she was the first and only practitioner who made any impact on my health, and that impact was significant. She has completely transformed my quality of life for the better. So much so, that I followed her from her last clinic to this one. She is incredible, and I 10/10 recommend her to everyone I know. The clinic is also beautiful, clean, cozy and private. Love Total Kneads.

Been here twice now, once to see Brittany and once for Danielle. I had great experiences both times, the reason I came in was actually addressed, they checked in multiple times about pressure and my personal comfort. Very attentive therapists and I felt like I got a lot of relief in just 1 session.

I had the absolute pleasure of receiving care from Danielle Stewart while on vacation to Halifax! I have a fabulous team back home but knew as soon as I walked into Total Kneads that I was in a supportive and professional space. Danielle was so knowledgeable about Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and even sent me stretches to do now that I am back in Ontario. I look forward to seeing her again and receiving another magical massage the next time I am in town!

I have been going to Total Kneads Massage Therapy for many years. Centrally located, easy to get to and lots of street parking on site. Staff are always friendly but Hannah is, of course, my favourite. She is sweet and concerned about her patients. She is the best massage therapist I've ever seen. She listens to me and always does an amazing job.

Unfortunately my entire experience with Total Kneads has been exceptionally unprofessional. Barely 8 hours before my appointment my masseuse emailed me from their personal email saying they need to cancel and offered me one time slot 2 days away. When I informed them I couldn't make that time slot and offered an alternative day, instead of trying to work with me they fully cancelled my appointment with barely so much as an apology. I already attempted to call them at two different times during the day to resolve this, but both times their phone rang until it sent me to voicemail. As a client, if I were to act this way, I would be charged a minimum of $45+tax. I would not recommend Total Kneads to anyone.

My husband and I had been to other massage therapists. But we were never completely satistied, so we kept trying on different places. Until I learned about Total Kneads. We went there as a family. Me, my husband, our son and baby. My 10 month old baby was with me. Though she cried and I wasn't able to finish my session, I was unbelievably relax. Both Danielle and Brittany were very knowledgable. Our favorite is the right amount of pressure which we find very relaxing and satisfying with every session. (We enjoy hard pressure) We finally found the massage therapist that we like. Plus, it's very close to our place.
