I came in for a last minute massage and was very impressed! They accommodated my partner and I for the same day. I had my massage with Mindy and she did an amazing job on my sore/stiff neck back and shoulders. She did better than my RMT. She was knowledgeable on pressure points and her technique was immaculate. The clinic has a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Next time I am in the area, I will be returning!

Tina is good. Overall good environment and experience here. But one time when I arrive they took my massage lady midway saying she has been reserve for someone else. Had to wait over 20 min naked and they didn’t say sorry or make up for it

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided from the start by Kiki and Mars at the front desk. They took great pride in showcasing their facilities, which were truly amazing. I had the pleasure of receiving a remarkable foot and back massage from Jojo, who demonstrated impressive strength and focus in targeting my areas of tension. I'm eager to return and experience the scalp massage next!clarity and flow.

This place uses fake insurance all the time and if you lost the receipt, they dont have a backup copy for you / dont even have the payment receipts since they asked you to pay cash and tip the server regardless.

Decided to check this place out since its close by to where I live but honestly was not happy with our services at all. We got the 45 min full body and 45 min reflexology massage combo for $95… idk if it was bc we booked at a late time (11pm) & they were tired but there was no effort put into our massage at all. The massage felt rushed; the therapists were yawning. all she did was press several points into the skin instead of actually doing smooth consecutive motions. Felt like a chore being there and for the first time while getting a massage.. I was just waiting for it to end. Not relaxing at all. When I brought it up with the receptionist she dismissed my concerns and still had the nerve to ask us to leave a tip for the therapists?! Like I just told you I was unhappy with the service.. anyways please save your money and go elsewhere. There are alott of better spas in the Markham area. Would not go here again. Waste of time & money. Oh and btw we asked for a receipt for insurance.. and she claimed that she’ll have to charge us tax in order to get one. so if you’re paying up front be mindful of that.

It was one of the best foot massages I’ve ever had. The only downside was we had to wait for a while passed our time but considering there were 8 of us it was not something we were really mad about. They were able To take all of us last minute on a Sunday. All the therapists were great. Most places only have one or two people that are good and the others are not. But this was amazing. The customer service was amazing. Will be coming back
