Came here on Christmas wish the therapist can at least speak conversational English to understand my needs. At one point I just gave up. Really nice spa and massage was decent. She had no flow but got some kinks out.

Anna at Water Q Spa is beyond amazing at relieving all your pains.She is spot on.The staff here are very good, professional and know their job.The place is extremely clean and the ambiance very relaxing. I look forward to every Friday here.They are the best.My husband, son, and I have been with Water Q Spa for the last 5 years. We don't plan going anywhere else! The saunas are finally open!! They offer a special during certain hours which gets you unlimited use of their 5 different saunas. Each is set to a specific temperature and are built using natural materials with specific healing and rejuvenation benefits for the body. Separate male and female dressing rooms for you to change into provided set (tshirt & shorts). I was surprise by a spa date. Which was super thoughtful. But unfortunately this was not the best experience. When we arrived we was put in a room with no instructions. The person that showed us to the room didn’t inform us where to put our clothes, or that the ppl would be coming in shortly. The ladies that massage us didn’t speak English. The person I got was for sure way too rough. I left the place with my body swore, and woke up with my back in pain. I do not recommend this place at all. Ppl go to spas to relieve stress or relax, but this was not accomplished.

Had the 90 min Chinese massage. Came out feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Much needed after a long week. They have 5 thematic sauna rooms with different temperatures. Service was excellent.
