The staff are all SO sweet! Their warm customer service is really appreciated. They gave me hot coffee while I waited, and were very attentive and helpful. I'm pretty shy, so they didn't pressure me to talk during my haircut (thank you!). So it was very relaxing and comfortable. The haircut turned out great! But I'm just really impressed with how nice everyone who works there is. I highly recommend!!

I had a massage with Emily, and it was fantastic. She was attentive, professional, and had a great technique that really helped with my sore back from working in construction. The atmosphere was calming, and she made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend booking with her! 10/10

The staff were so friendly, everything was clean. They offered a cup of coffee or tea for customers as well. But in this salon, I received the worst keratin straightening in my life. The promised result should have been 3-4 months after 1 procedure. Unfortunately, the result after 2 weeks just disappeared

One amazing experience that reminded me of what is felt like being in heaven. My facial felt like Zendras hands caressing my face was like I was being touched by an angels hands. Then I was left for a 10-minute meditation during a red-light therapy that allowed me to discover some self intuitive thoughts. Completing my overall experience to a similar effect of what it felt like being in heaven :)

Love this place! Calming atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. Yuliia did a colour match for me recently and absolutely nailed it. She also gave me so many tips and tricks for my fine hair as well as product recommendations. I’ll also never forget my first time at the salon. Wanted a total refresh and chopped nearly 10” off. Asme made me feel so comfortable and eased my nerves about doing such a big change. She did a wonderful job and my hair was healthier than ever before!
