"2025 Update. Don't believe the bad reviews here, they're old and no longer reflect Greenway - I have regularly been going here after work for the past 4 years. Greenway Spa should be your first stop if you're looking for a great massage. I've never had a bad experience here. Staff will sometimes get busy which is normal during peak hours, but they're always courteous and attentive. You're always guaranteed a great massage at Greenway Spa. 11/10 Thanks again Anna ????❤️"

"I asked for 1 hour but was forced to take 30-minutes, even though there were no other appointments. The other review saying you had to pay first was accurate, I had to pay upfront first. The massage was extremely painful and the masseuse did not focus on what I begged her to (my calves). Instead, she just kept inflicting pain saying "no pain no gain", and focusing on what she wanted to. In the end, I did not feel relaxed in any way, just extremely upset that I wasted money, and I still have sore calves..."

"Sabrina is the best RMT I have ever seen. I am an athlete and prefer deep tissue massage. She is the only person I have ever seen who can apply sustained pressure for the entire session. She is also very perceptive and doesn’t need any guidance in finding the sensitive spots. She puts in maximum effort and deserves to be fully booked. If you ask her to focus on a particular area that is exactly what she will do, unlike other therapists who almost always end up wandering away from the target area. If you are like me and require deep, targeted massage then look no further. She is a class above the rest."

"I wanted to take a moment to update my review from a 1 ⭐️ to 5 ????based on the time that the manager Yvette took today to speak with me to better understand what happened on Nov 30th. This is absolutely the customer experience that I am used to receiving at this location VS the front desks (Tiffany’s) position on Saturday. It was nice to hear that as a member, that I am not taking money from the owner / company by participating in the Woman’s Show promotion and the fact that the manager wasn’t onsite as understood from the interaction. Before both of our services, the front desk staff were giving me a hard time about honouring the free gift from the Woman’s Show even though I had brought the little bag and flyer with me. They made me feel like I was taking something from them VS appreciating a loyal customer. After many discussions they reluctantly provided me a couple of options. Even though we didn't feel welcomed from the beginning (my husband's first time at this location) we proceeded with our services. When I came out and went to pay for my massage (which was nice) I went from being relaxed to once again frustrated at the customer experience that was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I was informed that because of the Way Spa gift cards that I received from a friend that they would not honor my member pricing. I have used them before with no issues at other locations, however the Bayview village front desk staff informed me that their location will not allow me to pay member pricing as a result. Yvette explained the gift card policy today when we spoke which is now clear and wasn’t communicated effectively on Saturday. I truly appreciated the call and the Bayview Village management have worked to resolve my concerns."

My skin was so smooth after! The RMT services are also well done. Most importantly, I find the facility very well managed because of Yvette (manager)'s attention to detail and responsiveness to all matters. You won't be disappointed!"

"I was in a bind and needed to book an appointment so I opted for the Bayview Village location. It was my first time at this spa. I have to admit that I was not expecting to meet a masseuses that was as knowledgeable and professional as Anglea (Meijing Ye). When I mentioned my issues, generally shoulder blade and neck, Anglea was quick to assess the issue, change my position when required, and talk out the probable causes and how to improve the problem. I have already booked another session for a weeks from now because I was just so impressed by her skill, temperament and genuine interest in my wellbeing. Thank you Anglea."
