"I had a therapeutic massage with Sara today as I had strained my ham-string yesterday due to fatigue. She proposed that I do a more feel-good type of massage w special attention to the tendons that support the hams but not the hams as they are healing. She gave me guidance on how to holistically prevent this type of injury from re-occurring and how to treat it. Thank you bud and congratulations on your new venture! The Japanese mint essential oil is a nice touch;)"

"Had a very disappointing experience with Hannah. I reached ten minutes early for my appointment, and I see the door is locked. No receptionist, and my calls aren't being answered. I was this close to just leaving. 10 minutes later Hannah, my masseuse let's me in, and passive aggressively chides me for knocking so many times because she was with a client and I was early. Apparently they keep the doors locked for safety reasons. Nobody notified me about this. Excuse me for being punctual and expecting a receptionist. Then for the next 15 minutes until the massage started all she did was passive aggressively let me know that she didn't like the knocking and apparently clients are emailed about this but "nobody ever reads their emails" (checked all my inboxes. 0 emails from them but apparently it's my fault). The massage itself was..meh. Not a word was spoken in the whole hour. Not once did Hannah ask me if the pressure is okay. At one point I just stopped saying "ow" and just let her hurt me. Sad, I was looking for a massage place I could come to every couple weeks and this place is really close to my work. Advice to management: please communicate your locked doors, no receptionist, and unanswered calls policy to clients before they come in so that your employees won't become upset with clients knocking on doors and ruin the experience."

"Psychotherapy is offered by someone without proper qualifications. She offers 15 min. consultations over the phone, not allowing to get to know a client. The massage therapists made me feel uncomfy with a lot of awkward silence. After the massage I sat in the lobby for 10 mins while they were on tablets and I didn’t know if I could leave or what. There is no front desk so the employees were on the couches doing a puzzle and showed no urgency to get up when i walked in. The place is full of ikea furniture , i don’t think they’ll be occupying the space on waterfront drive for much longer."

When I've interacted with other staff they were very friendly and welcoming, as well.
