"UPDATE: I changed my review to 4 instead of 2,since I went there amd asked them to fix my nail and they did it(not a perfect service though) but I’m satisfied that they resolved this as they guarantied it. I liked this place a lot and it was my first time there. I recommended it to a few other people as well,cause they were fast and the prices were so good…but after just 2days one of my nails totally chipped off!!!2days?!! I’m really disappointed to be honest cause the poly gel was supposed to be much stronger than shellac! I’m was considering to go there often but now I’m not so sure about it!"

"Visited today for a refill and shellac pedicure, Pratibha and Akanksha both did an amazing job. Have tried quite a few places for nails in the area and finally visited Ananeke twice so far and absolutely love the service and the care taken to get nails. First service for nails with overlay was from Kausela, she was great and made sure nails were perfect. Also had pedicure which was from sandeep. Prices are almost the same in comparison to other places in the area. Getting an appointment is quick. Today Kelly did the refill, and she took the time to listen what was needed and did a great job. Totally a must visit and go to place for nails. Place is clean and well maintained."

"Worst nail salon have been they wan to make their money but they dont care aboit quality of work. I have been taken as last client yesterday as it was last minute that they decided ro take me it supposed to be two of them working one person for Mani one person for Pedi .Anna who is appaeently thw owner as well she did less than15 munutes mani not extra skins removed and she for got to put nail polish on my let hands tumb which i didnt notice as pedi person was havjng hard time to do her job and i keep explaining what needs ti be done . Anna rushed to leave 18 50 while their workjng time is 1900 with her uncomplete job. As soon as left last night i noticed issues with my Mani came back but they were leaving .They supposes to call me to fix my Mani issues today no phone call untill 3 pm . I went to salon they lied that they called me then they are saying Anna who did my mani says I am laing about my letf hands nail not done which I showes the picture from.last night also they could see it as well .Then I am showing skins around my nails not eemoved nad wrinkeled nail polish on my left hand which was more noticable. I higly recomend to not visit this place. Then dont do proper job and calling rhe customer lier . Awaful .Also more expensive regulay Mani and pedi in area is 45$ they charge 55$"

"On the phone they said $90 but charged me $110. Room was the smallest possibility with my feet hitting the wall. It smelled weird too. Overall a very bad experience"

"I visited this location (Comfort Zone Hwy 7) for the 1st time. Walked in without any appointment. I was hesitant at first reading some of the negative reviews about having bad customer service from the receptionist but I read about the renovation/renewal they had going on so I gave it a shot. To my surprise, the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I took the B package with Foot (45mins) + Body Massage (45mins). With a short wait, she squeezed me in to get a foot massage first. After the foot massage, she apologized to me that the body massage needs to be delay to 1:30pm (It was only a 30mins wait) because she didn't realized it's fully booked by another receptionist. To be honest, I waited much longer for a "booked" appointment at a hair salon so this is nothing but she still showed her sympathy and truly felt sorry for the wait. I went out to get a drink since there was a bit of a wait. I walked back in and she saw me with a drink and offered me to get drinks from them next time so I don't need to purchase elsewhere. She felt bad that I was waiting so she offered to make a room with a bed for me to do body massage so I don't need to wait that long. All in all, this receptionist is definitely not the one people gave bad reviews about. I had exceptional services. Back to the actual massage... Foot massage and Body oil massage were both very professional. I went from a lobster to a jellyfish after the sessions. Original price of this combo is $93 and then it's discounted to $87 as a special. On top of that, since they are under renovation, there is a 30% promo which brings down the services to $61 which is a steal. I gave $110 total including tips and the receptionist was shocked how much tips I gave. It's only about $25 per person. I've been to massage parlour that forces $40 minimum for tips. There are tons of restaurants out there asking for ridiculous % for tipping when the servers only did the bare minimum. For the prices they are currently offering and tipping professionals I don't feel bad about. I'll definitely go back to this location and recommended to you all."
