"Although I received 4 reminders and had to confirm via text and email that I'd be attending my appointment- the massage therapist I had booked for the Bridgeland location ended up being double booked- AND was at their other location in Sunridge. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady on the phone tried to fix it as best as she could by having another massage therapist drive to the location (another 15-20 minute wait) but at that point it was already 30 minutes past my appointment time and I was too frustrated to continue with their services. Really disappointed as I've been sore and in pain and was really looking forward to some relief."
