"I had a facial at Serenity Aesthetics yesterday and, to be honest, I was a bit skeptical going in because of a post I had read online. Being a newer spa, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Thankfully, my experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff were professional, kind, and welcoming. I was offered coffee, tea, or water, and they were right on time for my appointment. At the start, they took photos to assess my skin’s needs. I thought this might lead to a pitch for additional services or products—but it didn’t. Instead, they used the information to tailor the facial specifically to what my skin needed. My esthetician, Madison, was absolutely lovely. She struck a perfect balance between being personable and respecting my cues for conversation. She made me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. The heated massage bed was a luxurious touch, and I really appreciated how Madison explained each step, tool, and machine she used. Best of all? No pressure at the end—not even to leave a review. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and not at all pressured. The experience was genuinely great, and I’ll definitely be returning to Serenity Aesthetics."

It was a great experience and was nice for self care! Their staff were so nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I also took a skin test and wow! It’s incredible finding out the results. "If I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated terribly by Bar and scammed out of your money. We received a voicemail stating we could come in for a refund. When we went back, Bar listened to the message, laughed in my face, and still refused to return our $333. 0/10—do not recommend. Bar, the owner, is extremely unprofessional and will make you feel uncomfortable. I was shaking the entire time."
