"Salt Therapy is an amazing place to step away and relax for some self-care. It is very easy to book an appointment online as well as see the available times. The space is always incredibly clean, quiet, and inviting. Having your own private room for each service has been wonderful as well as access to music, towels, shower, water if you need. From the sauna, cold plunge, to salt room, each service has been very relaxing and always set up nicely! Shaylah is so so fantastic. Each appointment I am met with a smiling face and she is always checking in before and after my session. She is so accommodating and happy to help! Seeing a familiar face each time is appreciated. Also, the Bee by the Sea products are AMAZING!"

"I've been visiting salt therapy since 2018. Initially, I took my son to see if it would help him with viral induced asthma. The results were mind-blowing. He went from regular ER visits to one of the kids that rarely gets sick when half the class is knocked out. As soon as sniffles start, we book an appointment to wipe them out. The place is always clean and well maintained. New policy allows price for room vs price per person, which is fantastic value for families. Comfy chairs and blankets for relaxing, Toys available for kids. I recommend this place to anyone who will listen!"

"My boyfriend and I went to use the infrared sauna, and it was set up very well, we had full privacy, and it was nice and clean. The robes, water, and towels were great for breaks and using the shower. One thing I wish was available was a hair dryer. My hair takes a while to dry naturally, and it was a cold winter day outside. If they had provided a hair dryer, the experience would have been a 5/5. You get a great sweat from the sauna, and it really helped us feel detoxified and rejuvenated."

"Great space. My husband has chronic congestion. We booked for an hour. The chairs were comfortable recliners, and the music was soothing. Privacy is given by staff. They simply knock on the door when your time is up. The biggest plus for me was that it was not a shared space. The room was ours for the hour. Thank you for a great experience!"

"Used the infrared sauna and the experience was fantastic. The room is well setup, private and comfortable. It has everything you need and a few welcome extras. Mackenzie was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Will definitely be using it again. My only suggestion, and this is not a criticism, is if they could be open a little later, especially on Saturdays."

"We have been taking our daughter (7) to salt therapy since she was 2, with great success! Early on in life she struggled with winter flu/cold season and after several rounds of antibiotics when she was 1.5 yo, she was diagnosed with viral asthma. A co-worker referred us to Salt Therapy and we have been going ever since! We have completely (within first year of treatments) removed the need for puffers and have been antibiotic free for the last 3 years! She loves playing in the salt, and we love the results! We continue our winter sessions and enjoy a less hectic cold/flu season! Highly recommend for anyone with littles who struggle with similar issues."
