"The RMT complained the whole time about hating being there to do massage, that she was retiring but had to work, she complained about her pains and illness etc. The room smelled like mould, no ventilation and I worried if she had covid. I will never go to this clinic again. Working in someones energy field is sacred work and a treatment should not be given by someone angry and sick. ????????"

"I contacted David Lee at Ridgepoint Wellness last minute as I was dealing with a tight and persisting pain on my shoulder blade that wouldn't go away for over 2 weeks. While driving and doing a simple shoulder check my neck gave me pain and I felt stiff. I have never been to a RMT before so I was happy that when I called that David, he was able to get me in that afternoon. He was amazing! He explained how he was going to help. "Me and my partner have been here a few times, and we’ve booked our relaxation massages with various therapists, but Nicole is so far the best one ???? Her technique is amazing, pressure is always as required. She doesn’t indulge in small talks unless the client is willing to (which I personally appreciate a lot). She also offers heated blanket which I don’t think many do. I’d highly recommend this place and Nicole ⭐️"

"I was in pain and had to book an appointment on short notice. Had Becky the first time. Was okay. Friendly but the consultant took too long and the session was a couple of mins short….. Pressure was not enough but I don’t blame her because of my stiff muscle. The second time was with David…..my whole experience was rough, painful (not the good pain) and unpleasant…..nails pinching me so badly at some point….I’ve got skin burn when I got home and looked in the mirror….unfortunately…."

"David Lee is one of the best RMTs that I’ve encountered. He truly cares about treatment, and solving the problem in comparison to other RMTs I’ve visited who almost seem to pre-diagnose a problem similar to any other. What made this an amazing experience was I had booked this appointment on a whim as I had a muscle spasm in my neck and desperately needed to see someone. I actually came in on the wrong day (a day earlier than my scheduled appointment). Sensing my desperation, David offered to let me come in after they had closed to treat me. Although I had only booked an hour long treatment, he continued to treat until it was completely resolved and offered not to charge me for the extra time. He really went above and beyond, and seems to truly care for his patients!"
