"Becky is amazing if you like a deep tissue massage! Hands down the best massage I have had in a while or even ever!! I have been to quite a few massage therapist and just have not found anyone to go deep enough. She also knew exactly where to massage and I feel so much relief after every time I see her. I highly recommend. The front staff are always very welcoming too and very clean establishment and very professional!"

"I’ve gone to this facility a handful of times over the last 6 months, my first massage was good so I came back, however since then I have not enjoyed my experience. I thought it could’ve been an off day for the therapist so I came back again but most recently I went in for cupping. I asked the front desk staff over the phone for someone experienced so I did not have the same issue as last time. Unfortunately, even after communicating to the therapist my problem areas and that they could increased intensity in those areas, the massage still felt more like a relaxation massage instead of a typical cupping experience to eliminate certain issues. There was no bruising which is typical for me with cupping and I was charged $147 for a very underwhelming experience. I understand that the prices with massage addict are fixed given it is a franchise but I feel the price was far too expensive for the level of service that was provided."

"I’ve been a regular client at Massage Addict Spruce Grove, seeing an incredible therapist without issue—until Monday. I went in for my usual weekly massage at 27 weeks pregnant, only to have an uncomfortable and inappropriate encounter with the man working the front desk. I must make it clear I have never had an issue with any other employee or therapist at Massage Addicts. He began by questioning why I had booked a therapeutic massage instead of a prenatal one and whether my therapist knew I was pregnant. I explained that I had been seeing her since I was 5 weeks along and had no idea I was required to book differently, as my massages are for longstanding back pain that predates pregnancy. He then told me it wasn’t recommended to get a massage before 14 weeks gestation. I calmly explained that my midwife had been aware of and supportive of my massages from the start. His response? “I said doctor, a midwife isn’t a doctor.” This dismissive and condescending remark implied that a midwife is less knowledgeable about pregnancy than a physician, which is both incorrect and offensive. Midwives are primary care providers who specialize in pregnancy. Additionally, I’m now 27 weeks along, making his argument completely irrelevant at this point. Why berate a pregnant woman over something that clearly isn’t an issue? He then abruptly changed the subject, asking if I had found out my baby’s gender. When I said yes, he skeptically asked, “Well, how do you know for sure?” I explained that we had done a blood test and later confirmed it at the anatomy scan. His response? “Well, when I had my kids, we didn’t do that.” This entire conversation was unprofessional, intrusive, and completely unnecessary. It left me feeling belittled, as though my ability to make informed decisions about my own pregnancy was being questioned. The experience bothered me so much that it affected my massage, and I have no interest in returning to Massage Addict Spruce Grove. I would strongly encourage management to ensure their staff—especially those at the front desk—are properly trained in sensitivity, professionalism, respect, and basic understanding of prenatal care before interacting with clients."

"Becky is absolutely amazing! I went to see her after struggling with a migraine for four days that nothing could fix. From the moment I walked in, her sweet and funny personality put me at ease, and her professionalism was unmatched. She really listened to my concerns and areas of discomfort, and it’s clear how much she truly cares about her clients. She worked her magic, and I walked out completely migraine-free! It was so good that I had to go back a week later for another session. Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but she also makes the experience so enjoyable with her warmth and humor. "I have been to many places, and had many massages. Maybelle is the therapist you need to see. She can handle as much or as little pressure as you can ( I imagine she gives a great relaxation massage as well). Your body won't be the same, I promise, she finds and crushes knots leaving you needing a nap at the end. I am only writing this because she is the best. I hope she doesn't get too busy for me now! Front desk staff are friendly and professional."

"This place was awesome! Walking in the staff was super positive and helpful, giving me a tour. The facility was clean and the high intensity beds gave me a great tan in just two visits. Going in I was a little skeptical about just how much color you can get in 5 minutes, but this place didn't disappoint. 100% will go again!"

"Wife and I went for a spray tan and both of us came out streaky, while in the booth we had to stand in 2inches of what we believe was water because it wasn't draining properly from previous uses. It's not like other spray tans where it goes around you, this you have to keep turning around. We followed up with a 4 minute uv tan, and door wouldn't close all the way and found broken pieces of plastic in a couple areas. Once we let the tans set after 4 hours or so we both realized that we had large areas that didn't get tanned as well as streaky areas."
