Whether you look for a relaxing place to get your nails done, a deep tissue massage for your post-training pain, a clean and soft waxing result, or a very lovely facial treatment, she is the one. She is also one of the best people for thick black eyebrows if you are looking for someone who knows how to deal with it. She has always been so flexible with my busy schedule, always smiling, and welcoming. I really enjoy my treatment times with her and leave her spa way more relaxed than when I visited. "I did not have a great experience here. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage. I felt very uncomfortable. I was led to a basement room, the treatment room was in a glass/partition space within the basement room. I could hear everything outside of the treatment room, talking laughing, etc. The practitioner was not very welcoming, it was all very robotic and her attitude towards me was cold. I did not receive any followup advice or offered a followup appointment or told when I should come back to maintain my treatment or results. I've had better experiences elsewhere with better results. I gave 2 stars because the person who helped take my payment was very warm, nice and welcoming but now I'm realizing of course they would be nicer when the time for me to pay and tip came. Very disappointed because I heard so many great things about Tight Clinic being luxe, it did not feel luxe and I was not treated like a luxe client."
