"I went there because I made an appointment and I waited outside it was -20degrees. I tried calling the number but they did not answer and they dropped the call. I wished they sent an email telling me that my appointment is cancelled. Sounprofessional. I messaged them thru fb and told me they will give me 50percent on my next appointment but I wont take it anymore. so Frustrating."

"I was suppose to post my review on Friday when I got my eyebrows done but got so busy! I can’t recommend Jaslynn Threading enough!!! The best customer service I have literally ever gotten. I deal with anxiety and often walk away most times unsatisfied due to being afraid to say something. The owner who was the one who did my eyebrow waxing made me feel so comfortable even to ask to take 1 hair away I didn’t feel nervous to say something. She is soooo welcoming and I even bought her membership card which gives you 10% off for any service big or small each visit (which I never buy at any place when offered so this should say something) AMAZING!
