She really knows what she is doing, she specializes in sports med massage and knew exactly how to get my back, glutes and hamstrings to loosen up and feel much, much better! She also gave me recommendations for stretches and what other types of therapy may be helpful for me. Definitely recommend Katie!"

"Sahar she is very good very friendly. She knows what she is doing, she wanted to understand what I want. I went there to relax but she found on my body what needs to be fix. After massage she even told me detox my body and show some exercise. She never looked at the time. She completed her job nicely and let me go not like other massage therapist just counting their times. Even I took time to get ready but still she go o er her time and finish her 90 minutes service. She has experience and passion to do her job I felt while she is massaging. I would like to go back there again."

"Called the day before after leaving a few voicemails as the phones do not work - they go straight to voicemail so it’s difficult to get ahold of this business. Finally spoke with the receptionist and booked a 45 minute neck/should/scalp massage. Arrived all of 5 minutes late because the parking lot is very difficult to turn into with traffic (involves a merge lane and a quick turn), there is next to no parking in a narrow lot, and the building is a maze to walk through. When I went in the room I was told “we’ll only have time for 20 minutes today so I won’t be able to do the scalp massage”. I was very confused but did not feel comparable saying anything and hoped she would just complete the massage. Massage was 20 minutes, only the neck and I was charged over $80. An absolute joke. I emailed afterwards and asked why it was so short. I was told it was only a 30 minute massage. I said that is not what I booked. The receptionist stopped responding and said a manager would contact me. The next day I received another email and was told I could have a discount for the next massage. As if I would EVER book there again. Ridiculous. Not to mention there was no one in the waiting room and no one who entered the building for 10 minutes after my appointment ended early, ie they absolutely could have completed the entire massage. If you want to be frustrated and disappointed, book here. If you want a real massage from a business that cares about you, book elsewhere. Pheonix Massage please do not respond. You’ve ignored my follow up email and I could care less about you trying to save face on a public platform. Seriously, don’t respond, it will fall on deaf ears."
