"Good massage, however booked a combo massage, hot stone and cupping when the technician forgot to do this I brought it up at point of paying and front staff did nothing to resolve the issue. No discount offered, just a “sorry he forgot” I would expect in a professional event would have a little more then a “he forgot” as an excuse. These services are not cheap, and they sure don’t have value when the right service isn’t provided. It’s unfortunate, because the massage was good, but I will not return with this customer service."

"My husband booked a massage for me. Upon receiving the email I realized they had booked me with a man. I called to request a female or to cancel and the receptionist told me to come to my appointment so he could rub my feet instead… I was very off put by this as I was specifically cancelling due to not being comfortable with a man masseuse. She then went on to tell me she would be charging me for the appointment regardless. I let her know I would not be coming in and would not be paying for this. She was quite rude and frankly I was disappointed by her lack of understanding and respect."
