"Such an amazing salon. Everyone was so kind and it was just so welcoming and relaxing, and they have the sweetest greeter (their golden retriever ????). I didn’t catch her name, but I believe she’s the owners wife that I got booked in with. She was absolutely amazing!! She was so nice and easy to chat with, and she did my favourite set of nails I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for some cool nail art, definitely book with her because she did a great job! Kent was also very nice and mentioned that if I needed anything fixed I could come back in within ten days (guaranteed) which is nice to know, although I won’t be needing that because she did a phenomenal job! This was my first time booking in with them, and I will definitely be returning, and I’m excited to use their other services that they offer."

"Uni nails is fantastic! The salon is so clean, all the disposables they used were brand new and all their tools were disinfected prior to use. The technicians use high quality/brand name products. All the staff are so friendly and the prices are competitive. I also appreciated that they used LED curing lights instead of UV. I will definitely be booking regular appointments!"

"Was Reffered by someone who said she 10 out of 10 THANK YOU KENT didn’t like any spas in Kelowna until she found this one .. quite literally the Best pedicure Ever (and I get them every 4 weeks ) Very thorough on the cleaning of the bottom of my feet and cuticles and toes. "Overall I am quite happy with the service I received at UNI. I enjoyed the atmosphere (a very strong smell when you first walk in to the space but you get used to it - and I’m not sure why I wasn’t expecting it at a nail salon) and the nail techs were kind. My pedicure was done well - not the best I’ve received but it looks nice and I’m happy with it. I also appreciated the owner/manager (?) walking around throughout the space and checking the nails/taking care of his customers. I also found it very classy that the tip I gave went directly to the nail tech that I worked with… it showed a level of transparency which I think is great and reassuring!"

"After trying countless nail salons in Vancouver and Kelowna, I can confidently say Uni is the best out there! I recently had my nails done for attending the Eras Tour in Scotland and was really nervous about asking for so many colours. Not only did Anna not make me feel any sort of way for my design request, she executed it to perfection! I could not be happier. Their customer service truly is unmatched. It sounds cheesy, but I would 10/10 recommend to anyone."
