"Came here two weeks ago as I really liked the nail art this place has, but my original set took 3 hours for a fill and had 2 broken nails after a single day, i went back and got the entire set redone to prevent them from breaking again, 3 days later another nail broke, ok fine. I go back a second time and just get them to fix the single nail. Takes an hour. Now not even a week later ANOTHER nail is broken which is 4 nails in 2 weeks. I came into this salon with a set that had lasted a month on my hands. Wasted 8 hours of my week in this place for nothing! Wouldn’t recommend."

"I was booked in at 10AM, I got a confirmation text for the time. I booked in for a gel set on my hands and my toes painted. They turned us away and told us to come back at 10:30. Then didn’t get me in until 11. Instantly started doing a full pedicure. We tried to tell them several times this isn’t what we booked. Finally got them to stop and paint my toes, then they told us they don’t have time to do a gel nail set and started doing a manicure. I told them to stop. Paid and left. Extremely disappointed."
