"I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Had a massage booked 2 weeks in advance and when I got there I had to wait for 30 min in front of a locked door. No one answering their phones. And when the door finally opened I was told my massage therapist had quit and all her appointments were cancelled. LEAST they could do was notify. I received no calls or emails which they had correct as I got confirmation emails and text regarding my appointment. The lady didn’t even seem apologetic. Also they have a waiting room however it seems if they have another client hey lock their doors and expect people to stand outside. Horrible business."
