"DO NOT GET A MANICURE HERE! The process of having my shellac removed was uncomfortable. They didn’t leave the acetone on long enough, so when they were scraping it off it felt like they were scrapping several layers of my nail with it. To remove the leftover shellac they filed vigorously to the point where I thought they were going to break my skin. As for the polish application, they did four coats which was nice since I like a really solid colour. However, they got it all over my skin and cuticles (as you can see in the pictures) yet missed the base and sides of some of the nails. At the end, I asked if they could clean it up the polish on my skin….Their response was to file the polish off my skin when I got home and they gave me the nail buffer they used for the manicure…..thanks but no thanks. Overall, it was not a good experience but I was too tired to complain. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend anyone go here for a manicure unless they are desperate."

"Just tried this place out today because of the great reviews. I got a shellac manicure and was there for a LONG time. A girl came in after me, got her shellac mani and then a new girl came in and was halfway through her biogel before mine were finished. I got the squoval shape but some of my nails were inconsistent. The layers are so thick on my nails that they look distorted. There are air bubbles on them. The ladies were nice and the price was okay, I’ll check this place out again but I’m very disappointed."

"Nail polish looks weird, not smooth. One lady was super nice and welcoming. The other, not too nice but decent person still. Regardless, this is the worst nailpolish I've gotten. It's all bumpy and ... This is shellac so it cost. Also the lady was rushing. Update: 3 days later, shellac chipping off. Coworkers commented that I shouldn't have paid for this."

"Super friendly and nice little spot on Bloor and Brock. Got manicure , pedicure and a 60 min massage done. No cons to mention, all services performed were great. Prices are good too. Will definitely be coming back and making it a habit of visiting every 1.5 months will come back for RMT & accupuncture so it's covered under my benefits insurance package nextime."
