"My husband and I had been craving a relaxing massage, so I found Massage Life in Walker Lakes after a quick Google search. We booked with Albert Lagadan and Lara De Leon, hoping for something that would ease our body aches and help us relax—and this clinic exceeded all our expectations. Although we were a few minutes late, they greeted us warmly with smiles. They took the time to ask about any concerns or specific areas we wanted to target, and they truly delivered beyond our expectations. Both Albert and Lara are incredibly professional and skilled. The clinic itself is new, cozy, and impeccably clean. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place. Exceptional service all around!"

"I visit this place monthly to treat myself and get relaxation. I like therapist Grace for her techniques and pressure. The room is clam and cozy, and massage chair is comfortable. Most of the time I get 60 minutes of relaxation massage session and occasionally I chose to get 75 minutes hot stone massage or cupping. I can recommend all of theses sessions. Overall, I am very satisfied."

"OMG! A friend recommended me this place and I am HOOKED! Walking in, I was greeted by the receptionists with bright smiles and they weren't afraid to strike up conversation with me. The room was clean and had a relaxing vibe to it. The massage therapist asked which parts ached and made sure to focus on those parts specifically. I left Massage Life that day feeling the BEST! Going inside, we were greeted by the lovely staff was felt very welcomed at their establishment. "First of all, I was freezing during whole time, only one heating pad for while body. The bed underneath itself is cold without warmer and no other top warming sheet. Secondly , I feel I was overcharged, it suppose to be 110 for one hour relaxing massage, since I had neck pain , massage therapist asked if I wanted deep tissue massage instead and I went for it without knowing they charge more for it. Third, my massage started ten minutes late even though I was there on time, and got ten minutes less massage time! I felt it was rip off.I won’t be coming back."

"As a nail tech myself, I’m very picky about who I trust with my pedicures (I do my own nails). I recommend this salon to ALL of my clients because it’s the only place I go for pedis and they all love it too. I’m never disappointed with the service! They give a nice long massage and the polishing job is impeccable! I just got my toes done for my wedding/honeymoon and they still look perfect after 4 weeks which includes 2 weeks of swimming in the ocean and walking through rocks and sand. I’ve been impressed in the past but now I’m THOROUGHLY impressed! I cannot recommend Ocean enough."

She was gentle with my feet and took her time. The massage was long lol, most places rush through the foot massage part. This was an excellent pedicure and whenever I am home I will be going back. "Visited Ocean Day Spa with my mom to treat ourselves to a pedicure the other day. What an incredible place! Very clean and so relaxing! Estheticians were amazing! They did an incredible job on my shellac pedicure, and are very reasonably priced! The selection of colours was great too! "I scheduled an appointment for 3:15 pm, but it was mistakenly booked for 3:00 pm. The owner called me, was very disrespectful and, unprofessional, and yelled at me, calling me inconsiderate. It was the worst service and treatment I've ever received. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Customers should come to relax and have a great experience when getting a massage, not to be disrespected, harassed, and yelled at."

"It was ok. Booked 90 min, but since I was late by 10 min, I got 45 min only. My visit felt like I was done a favor. Rare to find evening spots. Did not get hot towels like other clinics. This place can be for therapy but not for relaxation as it is noisy even in rooms. Lots of parking available."

"Olivia was fantastic but the male at the desk which I assume is the owner is extremely rude and snippy. It was very unprofessional especially to a new client. The way he spoke to me in front of other clients was uncalled for. I deal with insurance companies everyday as well and understand how frustrating it can be but to not want to help a client is ridiculous, I go above and beyond to help me clients with insurance especially a when its the first time using it. "Dental hygiene cleaning, excellent service by Manal very throughly explained everything she has been in dentistry for long time and is very knowledgeable. The clinic part is separated clean and everything is highly disinfected for the entire spa which makes me feel safe and at ease weather it be my teeth cleaning or other services I know things are autoclaved and sterile which is very importsnt. Insurance plans are excepted which is a bonus through independt hygiene clinics . Will definitely be returning ???? and reffering friends and family members They offer free parking at the clinic which is great !"

"I will be taking my business elsewhere. I came across LAM in September 2023 when they were new to the city. I immediately fell in love with their great service and reasonable prices. I have supported them ever since, going almost every 3-4 weeks for over a year and a half. Introducing friends and family to the salon and recommending them to customers (I work in retail) whenever I get compliments on my nails. In summary, I was their biggest fan. Not anymore. As of lately, the focus at LAM has shifted from quality to quantity. The more people they can squeeze in during the day, the more money they can make. And it shows. The last few times I've gotten my nails done there, I have been terribly dissatisfied. I tried to go the proper route by pointing out errors to whichever staff is doing my nails. One staff (Ann) very rudely told me to "relax because she knows what she is doing." Take a look at the light pink nails with gold details that she did in the end. This wasn't the only incident. I also tried reaching out to management but instead got a call from an employee who told me that, "All the nail stylists have the same skillset, so if the work of one doesn't satisfy me then none of them will." She then went on to say they can remove the nails for free, and I can take my business elsewhere. Understand that I am a full-time university student who works a part-time minimum wage job. Getting my nails done is a luxury that I can barely afford. This is the one selfcare thing that I spend so much money on because having nice nails makes me feel a little bit happier. But the recent experiences at LAM have made me feel so belittled and insignificant. It's sad to know that those who have supported this business from day one are being left behind."

"I am a huge fan of Lam Nail Spa! They always go above and beyond for their clients. They work so hard to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Also, whenever I have any issues with their work, they have fixed it for me without any issues. They also have the cleanest nail spa I have ever been to. "Worst experience. The nails were installed over my cuticles, making removal extremely difficult. We were lucky to remove them the same day—otherwise, my fingers could have swollen or even gotten infected. Very unprofessional service."

"A friend of mine’s nails were beautiful and she recommended Lam nails. They were quick to respond to my message and they were able to get me in when I needed to. The place is so clean! All the staff are friendly and they all do excellent work. I watched the owner deal with a young Karen and he was so gracious. Each customer receives a bottle of water which is so thoughtful. I received so many compliments on my nails and they grew out nicely. I have found my forever nail salon."
