"I had my first massage with Lani yesterday and I can't believe the difference she made! I went in with neck pain and a week long headache, she worked muscles I didn't even know I had around my rotator cuffs, and I left a little tender but feeling better than I have in months. The room was very relaxing, the music was soothing, and Lani was professional and informative! I'm quite new to massage therapy, so she explained what she was doing when working on certain areas and gave me some helpful tips on how to combat muscle tension. In the middle of my massage, I had to stop to tell her it was the best massage I have ever had, and I can not wait to go back!"

"I think of all the massage clinic I had been here in Winnipeg, this is the best one. Small and not that fancy looking like the big massage chain(who need that anyway) but they have better skills. Very relaxing and they know what to do if you have painful spots. Others they will just rub your skin and apply pressure and they call it relaxation massage already. I tried their hot stone massage and it was the best, even better than Thermea. They are also flexible and will be able to accommodate you even in the evening or Sundays. They also do acupuncture. Cupping is also part of their regular massage, if you want that just say so. They direct bill my insurance Desjardin. Free bottled water too. Very nice staff and friendly. I highly recommend this place."

"Saved my life! I have been battling with should pain for years, had given up before going there. After the first session, my shoulders and back were swollen and sore. All resolved in a few days and felt much relived afterwards. Have gone for a few sessions, tried cupping, acupuncture. The massage therapist asked about my concerns and provided with targeted solutions. So far , no complaints at all! I find the best therapist for me and will stick with them. Highly recommend."
