"Below average. I booked for a treatment massage and then they assigned a relaxation massage therapist. I told the last 10 times that what kind of pressure I like but she did the bare minimum for that. Why would I pay 135 dollars to someone for move their hands like feather on my body when I can get the better job done in half the price. Last time I visited this place I was treated by Geeta and she was one of the best therapists I have ever met and I wanted to book appointment with her but was told that she is no longer there. Even before starting the massage today I had told the lady that am looking for a treatment massage and not relaxation. I am deeply disappointed with the service the provided and showing arrogance after providing a shitty service. Never again. Not to mention that the lady didn't know how to work with knots or how to use cupping properly. I am so disappointed that I wasted so much money for nothing. I feel the same before and after the treatment."

"Massage Addict | Brampton Hwy 410 and Steeles This Facility is a scam, don't visit there. They made you sign paperwork for 6 months or 1 year membership Then they start charging the card on file. Very nice at the start till you sign the membership. After that, they don't know a bit of customer service, very rude and unprofessional behavior. They will force you to come to them, or else they will charge the card on file. Then don't listen to anything and just tell the customer "ooh you signed the paperwork"(Always read the fine print as they will trick you into it). Upon requesting the signed paperwork they never provided any paperwork back. Advice for the owner: Even if someone signed your membership you just don't answer every question by saying "Ooh you signed the paperwork". You need to learn and try to listen to the customer and come to a solution. The customer will understand, but if you answer everything with "ooh you signed the paperwork" without listening to what the customer, it will frustrate the customer. You can make easy money once but you will lose a long-term customer. This location is a big SCAM. BIG RED FLAG...!"

"Hello, I had a message with Sweta N on Sunday May 11th (Mother's Day). I was quite disappointed with the service that I received. Not only did I verbally express the areas of concern, but I also circled the parts of the body on the paper that was provided during the registration. I verbally expressed that my waist was the main area where I experience pain due to long hours of driving to and from work and also side effects from an epidural. That part of my body was given VERY little attention. I had to request for more focus on that area. Even after the request, there was still very little attention given. The middle of my back was her main focus and I do not know why. The next disappointing thing is that I was left VERY oily. From my experience at the other Massage Addict location (Bramalea), warm towels are used throughout the session especially to wipe off the excess oil. The rest of my day was super uncomfortable as I felt oily throughout my Mother's Day dinner and shopping. I had to use tissue paper from my car to wipe myself off the best I could. My feet was another requested area for a massage. The most uncomfortable plastic gloves were used to massage my feet while I laid on my stomach (A VERY uncomfortable position to get my feet massaged). All I was able to hear was the crunching sound of plastic and very little was felt as the gloves were a rough touch to the skin. I am not insinuating that she should not have used gloves as this was probably and rightfully a personal decision but even the position I was in, it was difficult to feel the impact of the massage. I wish I never requested for my feet to be focused on as it was approximately 10 mins wasted out of my hour. Not to mention all the oil left in between my toes. It was a horrible after feeling in my shoes. Thank goodness my insurance company paid for this session in full as I would have been upset if I had to pay out of pocket. By no means is this a review to insult Sweta but rather give feedback for future therapy sessions. I do not feel like I got the best of her practice. If felt very carefee and rushed. Here is the kicker. The store reached out to me for feedback vía text. I rated my experience a 1 being the lowest and they asked if there was a reason for that rating. Keeping in mind, I emaild them expressing my concerns. Vía text I told them to referre to my email for more details. I received NO response back in return. Might I add that the front desk receptionist was not that friendly and had a NASTY facial expression. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR!!! I will not be returning to Massage Addict. After telling others about my experience, I found a few people who also stopped going there because of a bad experience. I was able to find another massage therapy location with exceptional service. Cheaper and also does direct billing so that you do not have to deal with the hassel of submitting paper work to your insurance company. As a company specifically this location, you guys need to do better."

So I booked my appointment of course with Cindy and let me tell you this was an entire experience! You can tell how truly passionate Cindy is about her work and how much she loves what she does. I have never had such a thorough massage like the one I just had. Cindy was extremely knowledgeable with her techniques! I will definitely be coming back just for Cindy."

"Sandeep Thind is absolutely amazing. My son & I both got massages from her. She is very polite and made sure to ask if I'm ok throughout the massage. We felt light as a feather, brand new and super refreshed afterwards. It was the best massage we got and we highly recommend Sandeep."

"Been going to this massage clinic now for about 6 months. All the receptionist are friendly and polite. I've seen a couple different RMT's there. All pretty good.. but the 1 girl I've seen a few times is just incredible. Friendly, polite, listens to my issues and hits all my problem areas. I always leave feeling so much better"

"Therapists are amazing but super disappointed with customer service and management. I hope the therapists are treated better then the loyal customers. They certainly deserve better. As a oyal client since it opened, I had a crappy experience by incredibly loud staff who hadn't started their shift yet and staff room right next to the treatment room. This was not the first time I've had this complaint. After over two grand is expenditures just in one year alone I asked for a credit for a massage and all they would offer was a $20 credit for reflexology when they don't even have a current reflexologist on staff! Upped it to $40 when I declined and then they refused to do anything else. Lost a loyal customer and quite a few referrals for a lousy $100! Luckily two of their former staff I still go to at other agencies where they're being treated well! Profits are clearly being put before people!"

"I decided to try this place after looking at some videos on tiktok and insta. I was there at 1pm and my service started at 1:10 pm for 2 hours premium ear spa and water treatment. For about 40-45 minutes of ear spa (less than that not more) she started my head water treatment. During this time, I barely got a massage, she left me under the water fountain and did her work (was so noisy) and then a male knocked on the door and was so loud. I was told to get up and wear my top at 2:40 for a blow dry. At approx. 2:50pm I was all done and out of store. What a waste of my money. I have got head spa at so many places before and undoubtedly they are so good. I have never had such experience and for all those looking at the review please do not waste your money. Go at a better place instead of coming here."
