This was my 2nd visit to this spa this year! I had the GM collin botinol facial and it was amazing. It was 80 minutes and included a hand and foot massage. My face looked and felt wonderful afterwards. Glowing and firmer. Prior to our treatments we used the outdoor hot springs and the pool/hot tub. We also had a delicious lunch inside the hotel (their Brussel sprouts are amazing!) I would definitely have this facial done again.

Tried the Spa only. Massage was good and what I expected - the facilities are just alright. It's very crowded and a lot of families with kids in the pools, hot tubs and 'hot' spring. The sauna is electric and did not get very hot. The hot spring was also not very hot either, not cold but not hot. The hot spring requires booking a time slot, but regardless it's rammed with people - it sits max 12 and it was never less than 12 at a time, felt very cramped and not really relaxing. The hot tub had screaming kids in it, same with the pools. Some people wont mind the kids, but if you do then maybe look elsewhere as it's not what we were looking for, especially for the cost.

Pretty decent experience at this spa. The massage with aromatherapy was excellent and I felt really relaxed. My muscles felt less sore and I became really sleepy afterwards. The hot springs was nice except really small and you have to book it in advance. The pool area had a regular pool and hot tub but on the side there was a sauna. The staff were really friendly and there were plenty of towels to use. Although the cabin vibe was nice, it was a little small.

Went last weekend with my husband. While the massage was fine the crowed atmosphere was anything but relaxing and spa like. We couldn’t even sit in the sitting area or get a spot in the hot springs. Those are the reasons you pay so much more for massage there. For the costs there are many more options. We won’t be returning.

My second time at the spa. The massage was 10/10 couldn’t recommend more. They provide plenty of towels and a robe and lockers. I wish the main pool was a bit warmer. The outdoor pool was nice the hot spring is even better. Great getaway for the day or a special occasion

My massage was very good and he was professional. The 'hotspring' is just an outdoor hot tub. I was disappointed with the pedicure which was overpriced for what I got. Shellac was not an option and they did not have any fast dry top coat options or dry machines for the regular polish they offered. We waited over 2 hours before we put on shoes for dinner and 3 of 4 of us had either chipped or sock imprinted nails.

Just received their Botinol signature facial treatment and it was such a waste of time and money. 1. The facial was an 80 minute appointment (came to about 72-73 in the end) but they only applied a quick cleanse, a quick exfoliate, a serum, and mask within that time. After the mask, there was a good 15-20 minutes when nothing was applied to the face. With the amount of products applied, this would just be a 50 minute facial max in other places. 2. While serum and mask were applied, I was supposed to get a massage at the mean time. But they just rushed through the massage and nothing was happening until they took down the mask. 3. Once the mask was done, they did a light scalp massage in the last 15-20 minutes until time was up - no product was applied during this time. This is an expensive facial treatment, I’d be happy to get a scalp massage during facial treatment but not there to get scalp massage - the massage itself had very little pressure, so not really getting the massage benefit either. 4. For the minimum massage I received during the short facial treatment, the strokes were so light that it was more frustrating than enjoyable. The last 20 minutes of the massage was especially hard to get through because I kept thinking would they do more facial or at least massage the face, but no just light scalp massage until the end. Quite excruciating to get through. Overall would not recommend facial treatment at this place to anyone.

Nice spa, will likely go again. My check in was a little chaotic I didn’t get flip flops and the layout wasn’t explained, I also didn’t get the option to prepay which I prefer to do. I went back to the desk and got my flip flops. The massage was really good. Pools were both beautiful. The hot spring was nice. There is a dry sauna in the women’s change room and one in the men’s, upstairs by the indoor pool is a co-ed dry sauna. Their was a small selection of teas and plain water in the lounge (no lemon or cucumber) Food at the restaurant is a little on the pricey side but very good I would order again. The only thing I wish they had healthy mocktails not a big thing I just love when spas have drinks with health benefits. Overall I did enjoy this spa and would likely return. I want to try the other vintage hotel locations and then compare.
