Massage is all about time. They charge you for 60 mins and the massage is only for 50 mins. That too the therapist do not complete the 50 mins, and wrap up within 40 mins. On my feedback to them, they make me follow up for over weeks and their resolution is they would add the undelivered 10 mins on my next session. I am bound to go back since I’ve pre-purchased 4 visits from hand and stone as a package and cannot let my money go to waste. I book another appointment today, they make it look like they added 10 mins as a complimentary service from their side. I enter the room at 2:45, massage starts at 2:55 and massage is done at 3:45. That’s again 50 mins. So this time it was about completing the service. I’m really very disappointed with the professionalism on the time here and lack of control on this. I was also surprised to see them add the complimentary 10 mins on my bill today as though I was given a favour. My first massage therapist didn’t care to customize the massage as per the pressure I needed. Today was decent, but I’m sure I’d get a value for money from RMT much better from any other service provider. Will explore but I truly recommend that if they’re charging $140+tax for 1 hour and not even fulfilling 40 mins properly, try else where.

I had Hamid today for a massage and was very satisfied and relaxed. Hamid was great and the pressure was perfect. Hamid was very professional and we had a wonderful conversation as well. One of the best parts was the wonderful warm towel that Hamid used through that massage. I recommend Hamid for a massage and I will definitely be going back.

My massage therapist is Daniel. Very professional therapist, I always feel relaxed, pampered, and I am already looking forward to my next massage with Daniel. Also I am very happy with the front staff. If you like to be treated well and friendly, you yourself has to be kind and friendly.

My experience was very disappointing. I booked an aesthetician 50 minute massage with a scalp massage added as an extra. My entire massage including the scalp massage was 50 minutes. I was charged for a 50 minute massage and a scalp massage but the entire experience was still only 50 minutes!!!! I was also charged 2 taxes 1 of which was called a service tax. Total taxes were 26%!!! When I called to discuss I was told that even though you are charged extra the whole massage is still only 50 minutes. The person on the phone was unable to explain what the second tax (service tax) was for. Very disappointed. I won’t be back.

Do not buy their “package” that they try to sell you. It is a monthly program that you pay for to have a reduced rate for massages. It is a dishonest policy. They change the program without informing you. I lost the points that I had gained (worth 2 massages) without warning that it was changing. I reached out to both the manager and owner of the Barrie North store and their response was either non- existent or sorry for the inconvenience. I was with them for years and will not be back. Loyalty doesn’t matter to them. At one point, they were down to 2 therapists because of how poorly the RMT’s were being treated and compensated. It is poorly managed and it becomes evident within time.

Went in for the classic facial with the hydration upgrade and it was amazing. My skin looks and feels fantastic. Tatiana was wonderful, and the spa was clean and relaxing. Will definitely be back to this location!

I have been a customer since 2017. Do not trust this company. I had booked an appointment to use my loyalty points only to find at checkout I did not have enough to cover any of my services and was presented with a $130 bill. I reviewed the email sent out, nowhere does it say the value of my points have been reduced. Service credits and loyalty points been removed from customer view. Zero accountability, customer service and value has dropped considerably in the last year. Membership cancelled.

My first time getting a massage here and it was a wonderful experience. Sandy was my RMT, she was very professional ,knowledgeable & pleasant to work with. Although I had a bit of a tight/uncertain schedule on the day she kept checking in with me during the service to make sure I was still good. I definitely appreciate the flexibility and accommodation. I also had facial done for the first time and Tatyana provided a very great experience. I’ve definitely found my go to Massage place and will be returning. Thanks Sandy and team.
