Always a fantastic experience at My Serenity Spa and Wellness. Jodi has a way of making you feel comfortable at every appointment. She is very knowledgeable and personable.
I loved going to this establishment. However I was late today by 5 minutes because I was stuck in traffic going towards her business. I called to explain, no answer so I texted and she proceeded to say you’re from 8-15 and my next client is 815-830. So she would have to take her next patient instead of me ? While during the past year of me going, she’s been 5-20 minutes late for my apportionment. But I’m late once and she said that. Lost my business
I have been accessing the spa services for many years. Jodi (owner) is wonderful. Professional, friendly, & committed to her clients service, comfort, & satisfaction. The prices are amazing & you truly feel valued as a client. Her focus is on the longevity of her client relations unlike other places. She's extremely knowledgeable and consistently tries her best to give you a positive experience - and, her best is amazing.

My Serenity Spa is such a great spa. i look forward to going here every month. incredible variety of services offered and outstanding customer service. never makes me feel uncomfortable or shy when performing any services. prices are great and she even offers a loyalty card. would highly recommend!
