I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The haircut felt rushed, and my hair wasn’t dried afterward—something that should be part of the service. The stylist seemed more focused on attending the next client than completing my service properly. What concerned me more was hearing her speak negatively about other clients in front of me. If such comments are made openly, it’s worrying to think the same could be said about any of us once we leave. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and works on improving professionalism and customer care.

I’ve been getting my hair done at Seema’s for 4-5 years now, and every time I leave I am so impressed and happy with the outcome! They always give me exactly what I ask for with the colour, cut and style. It lasts all year long, and looks, and feels so amazing!! Happy, Jasmine, and Preeti, are very skilled at their job; they are patient and careful to get the colour very evenly distributed through out my hair. Seema is always kind enough to make last minute appointments with very fair prices, and still does a beautiful job every time. This is my go to place for cuts and highlights, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Very Disappointed I showed her the haircut I wanted, but she ignored it and cut my hair without asking, based on her own idea—which turned out completely wrong. She rushed through the haircut in 5 minutes while handling another customer at the same time. Despite giving me an 11 AM appointment, I had to wait over an hour. The result was uneven—one side shorter than the other—and she didn’t even check or fix it. Totally unprofessional.

One of the best Beauty salon in Guelph, Ontario. The owner and beautician Seema is amazing. I have very dark hair but Seema she suggested me to do highlights without bleach and the highlights came out really well. I’m loving the colour . Surely highly recommended to everyone who wants to get their hair done. Thank you Seema.
