The ladies at The Spa at 61 Elm are wunderkinds! Our office was reminded at the last minute about a donation commitment we have for an event happening tomorrow, and we needed to put something together FAST for pickup by the event organizers. Within two hours, they had put together a fantastic bundle of organic skin care products and designer hair products to go with our spa-day gift package. I haven't used their services yet myself, but based on how generous and accommodating they were with this, I will absolutely be booking with them the next time I want some me-time. Thanks again so much to The Spa team!

Tell them to stop because something hurts and they wont. They will legit tell you “no.” Scary situation and super sketchy. Wont be returning and you all should be safe when booking here too.

I had an amazing experience getting permanent eye liner. She put amazing anesthetic. I didn't feel it. And she makes follow up apt for a touch up 6 weeks later. Very professional and calm atmosphere.

Only ever visit for massage... Andrew is the best RMT in town, and perhaps the best one I've ever had work on me (this coming from someone who's had extensive massage therapy spanning over a decade - w/ numerous RMTs; including those out of city, province, and even out of country)! Keep up the great, professional work Andrew :)

Finally after 9 months I found a perfect stylist for my self. I would 100% recommend Jeni. She won't brag too much about her hair cut but will nicely chitchat :) saying that , her work will tell you how amazing stylist she is :)

Came here with all my bridesmaids to get our nails done and a massage. The massage was great - amazing job. The manicure was an absolute nightmare. Really wish i did my nails myself. The woman doing my nails tried to file them using a nail clipper file... which i asked her why and she said "they ran out of nail files" - then when she was painting my nails she proceeded to paint my cuticles as well. Not only were my nails completely messed up a day before my wedding but so were my maid of honours. I went to pay for the worst mani pedi i have ever had in my life and it was 90$ per person.!!!! I showed the woman my nails and asked her if it was appropriate the price they were charging for getting my cuticles painted red? she refunded me 30$ off of my 400$ bill - hardly customer service. Come here if you want the most expensive and worst mani pedi in ontario.
